    ya i couldnt get it as flared out as i wanted i need to use a torch just something i was toying with, i found the PVC anyway lol. and when i do the designs i use a $1500 program called Autodesk Inventor, that was just a quick paint to illustrate. The foam would be hidden by wooden trim ring. These are for my buddy who had 3 Crunch GP 12's. wants to do a 'c-pillar wall' in his 99 cougar. and ive still got over 4 feet of pipe left to mess with so its all good.

    ya not a perfect method. gonna make some trim rings to 'sandwhic' the edge down. and i have to cut 6" out of the middle for proper length anyway.

    ya it isnt a perfect method but im working on it, and gotta cut down the length to the correct length anyway. as far as mounting im not 100% on that yet put ive got and idea to more or less 'sandwich' the edge between box and a rounded over trim piece.

    Id say go with the DC and then in the future maybe get a second one and then your just that much louder specially with lvl4's.

    Looking for a newer PCI graphics card, need at least 1 DVI slot, and at least 512mb. I have a set of Alpine 4" rounds and a set of alpine 6"x9" speakers i would like to trade or a few box designs or partial cash or w/e. used is fine. Please just installed CoD:MW2 and i cant play it -.-

    The program is stickied under the subwoofer/enclosure. for screen shots, press prnt scrn then open paint and go to >edit>paste then resize it, save it, upload to photobucket or w/e you use and then post. to the OP here is closer to what you need if not exact.

    Or could you go with the XLs w/ D1 and run at .5 ohm daily and comp? What would the output look like (rms wise) at .5 and .25 ohm?

    Id go with your option that puts you at 1 ohm for daily. Should be a nice ass system
