    What do you guys do to prep your boxes for primer and paint? I'm wanting to finish my box with SEM Med. Beige Color Coat to match my interior but i dont want the MDF to soak up all the paint/primer.

    thats wierd... i just downloaded this and went to my GF car with one pioneer 10 on 150W and hooked up my i pod and played a 45hz tone and it jumped to 123.89 db.

    Yes BUT that 600-4 would actually be putting out about 160rms and the 400-4 about 85rms @ 4 ohms. My 400-4 does right at 90. RF amps are WAY underrated!

    Hey Steve, I had read where you said to find a size calculator and i have one that I've been using for ages now. You pick your car and it give you the stock wheel+tire specs, then theres another space right beside it where you can choose a custom wheel+tire setup to see if it will fit or not.     Wow guys I gots a ? I had a box designed for my btl 18 on about 3k. It's right at 8 cubes after all displacements @ 33hz. is that too big? BTLs are recommended 5-10...

    Oh i see... I used to want a set in 20s and forgot that their available up to 26s. I looked at those niches but like you said, EXPENSIVE. Damn now I gotta find some irocs... those look sexy as fawk on dimes!
