ok i just came from the audioque site and they say that thoes subs take 1000wrms and 2000peak and you said that you were gonna put 2krms on each one man thats double the power rating its not many woofers on the market that will take that kinda abuse for long....but they could be VERY underrated i really dont know much about em but i guess i will see in dew time LOL

ima call DD tommrow and ask about that 1 since DD is owned and manufactured rite here in OK about an hour from my shop and if its tru ima try em out and see what it do

i think he can get 150 when he puts 6krms on thoes subs but the qusetion is will they last at that wattage

im almost sure it will hit harder.... and another thing will thoes subs take 3krms each

if i were you i would run the amp mono in a 4ohm load just series wire the subs try it and c if it hits harder

I recently went to my first competition, this past saturday the 27th. I hit 145dB on 2krms at 50hz. so what amp did 2krms on that day ???

i thought thoes amps did 3000rms and 6000 max

well first of all thoes are 5X7 eclipse speakers and your factory 6X9's are very low wattage speakers so it dosen't take but 10-15 watts for them to reach their peak and the eclipse speakers need 40-50 watts b4 they really start puttin out so on a low wattage factory H/U or even a after market H/U the factory speakers will seem louder but if you put RMS power to the eclipse speakers they will shit on those bullshit factory ones
