In my experience you can get amazing performance out of pretty much anything. It all has to do with how you use what you got (thats right, that rule applies to MORE than just subs and enclosures). Seal off your doors, put your tweets in pods, get the correct crossover/bandpass points, and you will be set.

A single 18 in a car with that amp won't win records. If you wanna get big big numbers then go for the 2 18s. I'm only getting 46s legal with similar setup.

Edit: After watching the illustration of the series circuit i was wondering if the second coil (or third and fourth in my case) would receive the power at a delay compared to the first? Obviously it would be almost a negligible amount of time, but would that affect anything seriously in some setups? If that doesn't make sense i am asking does the power go through one coil, then the other? And if it does is that a problem?

Guess i'll start saving, i'm lookin at 300 or so for quality adjustable springs. Thanks guys!

So i just measured the wheel gap i have, and i have about 2 inches from fender to tire in the back and almost 4 inches in the front. Would i be better off finding something adjustable?

I have a 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse and i want to lower it 1.5 - 2 inches, but i don't know what to look for. I have checked eBay and it comes up with thousands of different products, pictures, and prices. Brand X looks different than brand Y but they both claim the same thing so i don't know what to do. I have OEM replacement struts and 17" aftermarket wheels. Any quality help will be GREATLY appreciated. Budget of $100-$150 maybe more if i have to.

Actually the EV1 was a smashing success. It just took a few corrupt oil high ups to screw us over. The EV1 started something a long time ago that we are just now continuing.
