Instead of people making resolutions to go work out more, they should make the resolution to workout without having to tell everyone everyday that they went. That would be much more impressive

Some people need the accountability and that's why the do it. It's incredibly hard to work out at a gym with noone to hold you acountable other than yourself. I know for me, when I was going, I did it for the motivation. But to each his own I guess.

some people do it for support.. i don't mind hearing what others do. it helps motivate me to do it
