  1. So I recently bought a 1982 Dodge d150 truck with a built 400 engine. I am having a hard time finding parts for this engine. Anyone have any sites or catalogs that could help me? Thanks guys
  2. Well since totaling my Cobra. I've been looking at a couple trucks and came across this one. Any input? http://austin.craigs...2814112098.html
  3. Id love to try those Shure's out! But i dont have money for that right now haha, in the future though.
  4. Im not basing on price, but for only $25? You think they are that great? Could you explain please No thanks man, I personally hate dre beats. Appreciate the offer though! Sounds great, thanks Ill probably try the AQ's because they are so cheap. If I dont like then probably buy another pair of Klipsch! Good to see another enthusiast!
  5. So today while I was working out, my right earbud broke:( I was a sad panda for some time. I owned a pair of Klipsch s4 headphones, they were by far the best headphones I have ever owned. Fit great, stayed in, canceled all noise (couldn't hear the mower during yard work) and sounded great with good bass. http://www.klipsch.com/image-s4-black-in-ear-headphones I am in search of a new pair of headphones! Which headphones(in ear) do you think are the best for around $100?
  6. You mean the "spring flip" lift? its holding very well. Not even any vibrating at high speeds
  7. Missing O2 sensors are causing the computer to get confused, therefore your problem. The reason it goes away is because Ford computers figure out the problem and correct it in about 3-5 minutes. Awesome man, thanks for the info! Ill get some sensors soon and update how it goes
  8. If it's legit, go for it man! I bought my baby 2 weeks ago 1996 Cobra 89K
  9. Alright back from messing around on it. New plugs and wires, much better throttle response but my problem persists. Ran the codes and only O2 sensors came up. Put it on the lift and discovered... HEY! previous owner removed the front two O2 sensors. Sketchy fuck. I am guessing this is causing sensors and what not to go out of whack
  10. Yes sir ONLY WHEN ENGINE COLD does this happen. I havent tried in neutral actually, i am about to leave my house to my friends shop to do some work on the car. Ill try it in neutral
  11. So it stops when the car reaches operating temperature? Just let the car warm up before driving it lol. Has to be a sensor issue if it just goes away after driving a few minutes. Are you throwing any codes? Haha, wow i feel challenged. I completely forgot to check for codes before diagnosing I will definitely check tonight
  12. What is puzzling me the most, is that this is only upon cold start. After driving for 5 min it goes away
  13. I do not know yet, I will see if i can find out tonight Fuel pressure is good. Checking timing tonight Not true, at least for me. I posted this exact thread days ago on mustangforums and got one reply that was no help. 89,992 miles. Only recently i have been messing around with people, so i would say heavy driving the past 2 weeks
  14. I pulled the plugs on 11-18-11 and they were absolutely filthy, and got new ones. However i forgot to do the seafoam BEFORE installation of the new plugs. So right now my new plugs have had the abuse of seafoam and are white. I am installing new plugs and wires tonight, Ill let you know the results. Unfortunately i do not have money for new coil packs right now:/ I cleaned the MAF with the specified cleaner, nothing different. thanks though! No vacuum leaks, i thought of that too
  15. I am having power issues with my 1996 svt cobra. It has been doing it randomly the past week but now is consistent whenever the engine is cold. In 1st and 2nd gear it is blatantly obvious and sometimes in 3rd, almost exactly on the 3300rmp mark I lose about 25%-35% power. It acts as if I let off the gas and got back on it. I have thoroughly cleaned the intake and MAF and the problem still persists! Any help is greatly appreciated! Some parts that have been mentioned to me to replace: IMRC plates Coil pack MAF sensor TPS sensor Plugs and wires 11-18-11 I used Seafoam today and cleaned a bunch of crap out, so far its running a lot smoother but still have my problem. 11-20-11 Finished cleaning the entire intake and IMRC plates today. Runs so much better and smoother... however my problem still persists. Looked like a birds nest sitting under my intake o.O
  16. Yes the problem was the hard drive, also I learned that XP doesn't support more than 3gs of RAM so mt friend is giving me a cope of Windows ultimate. Thankyou for all the input guys, ready for mw3!!!
  17. Okay ill do that thankyou! When you say "a computer" what exactly do you mean? Like why can I do that with another computer and not this one?
  18. Oh okay thanks a lot! I didn't know that. Is there a way to load the drivers on the new computer without reformatting? I really need my files on that hard drive
  19. I apologise I am not that good with fixing or diagnosting problems so I wouldnt be able to tell you if F was my system drive, I can only put computers together. XP was already on my hard drive from my old computer, I don't have money for a better OS. I don't know what you mean by loading the SATA drivers
  20. Hey guys I rebuilt my computer and I really need some help! I have an alienware aurora r3 motherboard and tower along with the power supply it came with. Intel I5 2500k processor 8gs of ddr3 corsair vengence ram (2) nvidea geforce gts 450 cards (1) 500g sata harddrive(i dont know the brand) this is the hard drive the OS loads off (1) 1T western digital caviar black hard drive (this is brand new, no data on it) Thermaltake contac 30 heatsink, the processor is not overheating So my problem is that whenever I start the computer, during bootup on the windows XP load screen is flashes a blue error screen and resets. It does this endlessly. I pulled the ram and checked to make sure both are working -check- Removed one of the graphics cards because i havent been able to boot up to turn on the SLI Romved the new harddrive Then I pressed f8 during bootup and turned off the automatic reset error option Its sitting on the blue error screen and this is my error Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer. Technical information: *** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xB84C3524,0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000) Could my OS be infected or have a problem? I have heard that i may need to boot off my XP disk and hit "repair" instead of reformatting it ANY help is greatly appreciated!! Thankyou
