    i know some remote starts u have to hook up a wire to the brake light that way when its on if u step on the brake the car will turn off ....and remote starts depends how it installed only starts the engine everything is still locked like steering coluum, shifter etc.

    thats what ac is for. idk what its like in texas but it gets to 90%+ often for humidity here in minnesota. If it fits your budget and you really like the area do it for sure. 6 hours from family is not to bad as well. having the a/c on 24/7 sucks u cant enjoy nature

    Ha, I dont know about perfect, but I've seen some 2002's that are pretty nice. perfect as in reliable, cheap, easy to fix great mpg car ...

    x2 this is true my moms 4.0 I6 jeep grand cherokee burns just as much fuel as my boys 5.3 v8 tahoe just cuz it has to work harder to make more power than a v8 does (calculated we both get around 13.5 city)

    i wouldnt recommend aftermarket headlights buy at your own risk cuz i bought about 4 diffrent sets for diffrent cars and none of em line up good some stick out too much or some are un even to the line soo just keep in mind after market will never fit as good as oem

    tried reseting my ipod still nothing and reset head unit again but u know as ur going thru ur sources cd, tuner, then usb then it goes back to tuner as in the ipod source isnt there

    i got an alpine cda-9886 i know its pretty popular my problem is when i hit source to go into ipod it will go through tuner, cd, usb , aux, but wont go into ipod it will just skip right over it i tried resetting it and unplugging the battery and no luck i did not get this new so i dont have installation disc or upgrade i took out the headunit and it does have the ipod cable hooked up the one with blue plug at the end its this cable http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/view/kce-422i/
