so my friend blew his kicker sub, and said he wanted a 15" and i remembered about the B-stock SA subs, so i told him to pick up a SA-15" he should get it soon if he hasant already, but he doesnt know how to properly build a box..so i told him id get some ideas for him sub is one SA-15" D4 will be ran on a Alpine PDX M12 @ 2 ohm (rated @ 1200W @ 14.4V) i know this is quite a bit more then the Rated RMS for a SA, so im wondering if the box should be a lil smaller? i will be setting his amp with my DD-1, and will be careful with the gains. any help is appreciated

Pretty sure the supplimental batts are meant to be used as secondary batt, and not meant to be used under the hood

Go the 4xspower.com with your dimensions and get the biggest batt you can fit under the hood

why dont you buy it and try it out for your self? or look at some reviews on the sites that sell it? instead of bumping this pointless thread everyday and getting no responses. its a nice unit, buy it and try it out then come back with your own review of it

yes. port is only 3 inches long. typed in the dimensions on torres, said it was tuned over 100Hz the box has barley any output either he couldnt get torres to work so he used some other whack one on the net.

my friend will be running one Alpine Type R 12" on a AP1500 @ 2 ohms. his box he has now isint so great to say the least... it will be a center console box of a 2004 Dodge ram 1500. What net volume, and port area would you recommend for this sub? ive never ran them or have expeirance with them. port and sub will be firing up most likely heres his current box... looks good at least
