    ive got a 97 burb, does the same thing with a XS power D3400 under the hood, and a 300 amp iraggi alt. look into a XS VCM or mechman AVBM

    look into audio technix, i used it on the hatch of my black 07 tahoe, and it works great, and sticks great and stays put even in 100+ degree heat in texas, no tellin how hot it actually gets IN the truck

    i have 300 sq feet of it in my burban, the smell is still there after months, and im afraid of it sticking good in the texas heat on my roof, really wish i wouldve went a diffrent route

    id run from alt to the front batt, then atleast 1 run from the front batt to the back, and atleast one run from the alt back, that way its not bottlenecked somewhere, its all evenly distributed How exactly do you bottleneck electricity? Not counting wire that is too small. honestly i dont think it does, lol its just the way i think, and im ocd about things like that. im just throwing in my .2 do it witchever way you want, i just threw in my opinion

    Good thing I keep it locked up outside in the shop... In all serious though, it's out there because of the damn smell. i can relate to that, i have (and not proud to say it, ) 300sq ft of fat mat in my suburban, and the smell hasant gone away. (been months now...) and honestly im worried about it sticking good in the texas heat on my roof, but my headliner is very snug i at the Dynamat VS fatmat in the secondskin section

    This is how I was gunna do my runs front to back, I'm gunna be running dual 300 amp alts, And run 8 runs of 1/0 front to back(4+\4-) so I was gunna do 1 positive run off each alt to my batts in the back, and 1 positive run of each batt ( 2 D3400s up front) Then. For grounds 2 negative runs off the alt bracket, and 2 off the batts. Are you doing and negative runs?

    i have to disagree with that. mdf has micro pours that the resin penetrates and allows it to harden, thus creating a stiffer piece compare the strength of just resin to resin and matt, night and day diffrence, but i use birch

    fiberglass resin by itself will not add strength, id get some 3M fiberglass resin(make sure it has hardner too), some paint brushes, and fiberglass matt. put the resin down first so the matt sticks then soak the matt in resin and let dry. dont put too much hardner or the resin will dry way to quick and you may end up wasting alot

    yea, i dont think id run AQ amps on that high of voltage, espically since this is a daily groundpounder

    You can wire down to 1.5 ohm, you could try, after rise you could be alright but don't count on it to save you, I've seen some zx series amps ran @ 1 ohm.

    yea i got cydia, i downloaded a theme and i just rebooted it, ill see if it works Winterboard. On my iPad, its in Settings. yea i found it, what theme do yal use??
