no, dont replace your o2 sensors. that wont be your problem. like i said in my first post its probably because of letting your car warm up, and yes winter driving is hard on your vehicle. it takes longer to get fully warmed up which gives you worse gas mileage because it takes longer to get into closed loop, or into fuel control. winter will do that. if it keeps going lower then that might be a problem. if you really want to figure out the problem you need a scan tool and you need to take a look at your long and short term fuel trim and your o2 readings. dont just replace parts.

well you wont get great gas mileage with the 2.2 anyway. what like 20 at the most or something? there is no way i would ever do anything other then a sbc. just my opinion. but i drive a pickup that gets about 10-12 all day and 14-16 on the highway and about 5-6 when im plowing haha. i dont really care about gas prices. the one thing i dont sacrifice is my truck. and gas comes with that

well steve has posted a video about his CD challenge. well i personally would like to know what kind of wind speed is coming out of that port and out of his windows. i wonder if you could buy a wind speed meter or something to see. i dont no if a wind speed thing would work because of the wind motion but maybe there would be one that would work. i dont no. what do you guys think?

to be honest your symptoms dont fit a timing belt. if it is the belt you would have much worse problems. its a good idea to have it done anyway. vacuum leak sounds a little better. if you want to really figure out the problem borrow a scan tool, if your short term fuel trim is way off from your long term then it could be your timing belt. but just see if you have any codes and go from there, if you need help diagnosing something let me no but dont just start to replace parts. figure out the problem. a timing belt at a shop should be about 4 hours maybe 6 book time. 150 is a very fair price to do the job. shit i would do it for 150. but yea, not going to be your problem, most likely.
