i did an led kit in an audi quatro TT and it was awesome, it was a kit that had its own unit to connect the wires to with a remote so you could change the colors and stuff. they did not go with music though. but i also did a underglo kit on a hurst that did go with music and that was sick. they all had there own "box" that controlled everything so im not sure how it did it but it worked good just under the seat, the 2 12s in the hurst made the leds bump.

then what do i do to get sound? there is no internal speakers, so would i have to splice into the radio speaker wires? i just cant figure it out cuz then if the radio was on then music and the movie would be playing and stuff.... how does this work?

oohhhh got it cuz there is dome lights on the unit. ok so then i would run a power to the fuse panel to power the unit on and off.

but if i wire it to the dome light, wont the interior lights have to be on to turn on the unit? or when you open the door it turns on lol

i didnt know where else to put this and i couldnt find any good info on how to do this, i will be installing a Farenheit MDM-1200CM 12 in. bad- a very close friend of mine losing half of his left hand to something that i was (but not directly) a part of. good- passing my emt class! cant wait to take the national january 11th, and overall having all my family here (cousin came home from the marines all in 1 piece, safe and sound) and doing the best we can in these tough times.

i would have to agree with the other post about running both batteries to the back, most new cars have then in the back (under the back seat or in the trunk by the spare tire) so you would have no problem with doing that. just keep the stock battery and when you are ready to sell the car then take out your system and put the battery back in....

that box with 15 would be over 7 feet long... unless they have a long bed pickup its not 15, 12s would be a little over 5 feet. so maybe but my guess would be 10s.

also Length and Depth are the same thing so im assuming your L is actually W for width. and now im confused, do you have 2 separate boxes?

with 11 ports and those dimensions and no baffle or bracing and 3/4 in thick wood, your looking at around 76 hz

are those aero ports? or square ports, i need dimensions, if aero, how deep are they, and if rectangle, i need hight x width x depth for each one.

^^^ agreed, go to the box section and the first sticky has torres box calc in it, download it and use that to get your tune, if you dont know how or are confused, if you give me all the specs i will plug in the numbers and tell you, but i also need the port size, sub displacement, if there is a baffle, and thats about it, but try it yourself to become familiar with the program.

haha this has nothing to do with the post at hand but in the first video you posted right when your computer booted you had a background that was red with planets and stars and shit, i have that same background on my computer right now lol.... that was all i wanted to say haha

here you go this is with NO BAFFLE if you want to make one then shorten the port by 3/4 of an inch and put the baffle.

ok i got a box of 18x35x18 with a port of 16.5x3x20. boards,top and bottom- 35x18x.75 sides- 16.5x16.5x.75 front and back 35x16.5x.75 tune is 34.68 hz at 5.28 ft^3 if you want to see the box built ican make it in sketshup if you dont know how to do the port edit, make the front 34 1/4 and which ever side the port is on needs to be 17 1/4....... also i am making a sketchup for it anyway so stay tuned for that

we just got 5 inches near chicago, and not a speck is on the roads any more, thank god for SALT!! ! but i love when it snows, i make 75 bucks an hour plowing with my truck. and i got 6 hours in yesterday.
