    X2 autruche!! My explorer went from 14.1 to 14.7 volts by doing the big3 , also , voltage drops went from 13.1 to 13.5 volts, so i honestly think it worth the small time and money you need to do it,

    Not bad man, nice equipment, if you already have the 2400´s then use it , but i would sell them and try a single amp @ 1 ohm or a couple of amps @ 0.5 ohms each one, those subs are STIFF as hell, and after impedance rise and voltage drops i would guess those amplifiers will send something like 800 watts a piece of you are lucky!!!

    I have subs up/port back, this means i´m copying meade? j/k BUT, i love those rims, weather steve used them or not, and they are very popular on SUV´s so it´s just coincidence, maybe the guy doesn´t even know who steve meade is

    They are good for basic daily porpouses, but they aren´t the best boxes for each sub, it´s just a box that plays nice on every application but it doesn´t take into account even the cabin of the car, one again, this subs are nice, i honestly prefer the kicker cvx´s

    prefab boxes aren´t loud at all, also, that port seems to be kind of small, the TR7512´s i tried liked a nice amount of port area, once again, i would buy only the subs and do a custom box, but that´s just me...

    I hit a 151.2 @ 57 hz using a pair of TR7512´s and a Cadence C6 @ 1 ohm , subs forward/port back , it was 2 6" aeros and i used 1.5 cubic feet per sub, i fucking love those subs!! I would build 2 cubic feet per sub and 2 6" aeros, i tried a few port areas on that burp box and that was the best i could find, once again, they are great subs!! About the L7´s , they sound good, but i prefer the cvx´s , plays a lot nicer on music if you ask me...
