Thank god i didn´t try it on the swift man hahaha, i built a box for a pair of DD 2512´s DVC 2 ohm s in the explorer and tried to wire them at 2 ohms as we talk it about, when i checked with a battery to see the polarity,one sub went out and the other went in lol hahaha, i majorly fucked up the wiring, so i tried that thing at 0.5 ohms and that´s it, i´m working on the box because there´s a comp soon, when i´m done with the comp, i´ll try wiring again, taking out the 18´s of the swift to fuck things up again would be a major waste of time, that´s why i prefer to do it on the explorer since i can get the 12´s way more easily, fucking noob!!!

That video is from my channel, it´s the last sensor for the AC, old AC mic it´s 5-6 dbs louder than the TL, the new one it´s not, so the couple of guys talking trash about the AC, do some research before posting that, if you don´t believe me, then look at the video!! OP, i don´t care if it should be louder or not since it´s 2 18´s in a loud SUV such as the blazer, but it´s always nice to hit your first 150, from here you can get louder whenever you want with some work, congrats on your score, as long as you like your system, then that´s what it matter!

There are a couple of guys selling their AQ2200´s , that would be a great option, you can always set the gains nice and clean, i know there was a guy selling one without the bottom side for 300$ shipped, that´s a very good deal

I´ve had great succes using PVC aeros, specially using 4" ports because are so easy to flare with a metallic bowl, i suck at 6" tubes tho

Yeah man, boxes are funny lol, for your information, i´m building a 5.6 c/f box and 3 6" aeros on 2 DD 2512´s with 1000 watts, looking for the most efficient box i can get with only that amount of power, of course, im gonna try with 2 6" aeros also, should be fun or should be a big fail, i´ll let you know

I always build big boxes with a higher tuning than you guys are use to play with, remember that over latin america we play higher frequencies for daily, so i tune my boxes around 38-40 hz but i always manage to be ableto play way below tuning frequency, specially using DD´s hehehe

For a single sub i would do around 2.5 , for a pair of them i would have think about doing around 4.2 c/f and maybe 75 SQ of port , but ray definitly knows way more than i do, i´m proud to say my box isn´t very far from his lol, so i might be doing things ok then

This might be a stupid comment right now, but i´m not afraid of saying the things i´ve learned with a lot of testings in the last couple of years, maybe i´m wrong since i haven´t read this anywhere but the testing showed me that, a sub with a low QTS (0.29) and big VAS(around 2.5 c/f) parameters like this one, should play very nice on a big box,specially if he´s looking to play the lows very nice, that´s where the lovely f3 comes in play, a 1.5 c/f box sounds stupid small for this sub if you ask me, , i mean, that´s what i use for a piece of shit pioneer champion (400 watts sub) on a regular power, and yes, i get loud with them, but once again, i might be wrong so i´m all ears RAY!!!!!!!

I can asure you there are more people, they might don´t post saying that because of lazyness lol,but yeah that car it´s loud for what it has, i´m considering walling the explorer just like that for fun until i get the other 2 18´s , subs on the back of the seats and port on top just like yours since i compete at bass race and over here you have to do it with driver´s door open, so a port on driver´s side would suck ass lol
