Oh and I'm not blaming the alt at all. I didn't hook the stock wiring up on the new alt. One I didn't think it needed it and two it wouldn't reach. Should the stock cable be reading any voltage. Touching it and a ground I don't get a reading.

I have bus bars on the front battery terminals and everything is tight. Grounds are good. All fuses in and out are good. Not really sure where to go from here.

Batteries are resting at 13.0. Connections are good. Fuses in the car are good. About to check the ones under the hood.
