well shit no matter how i do the measurements i still end up with 7.3 cubes for the box. unless you can come up with somethen obi. i read some where on here a guy had a 8 cube box for his 12's and he just kept the gain down cuz he said it was 2 efficient. i just wanna hit low as possible for now
for now the planet audio bb2 12's and the planet audio bb2 2400 but my amps bc said it was tested at 2,150 watts at 14.4 but my jeep only lets me get 13.8 13.9 at the most til i get a adjustable voltage reg
well today i shall attempt my new box w/ sum help do to a injury. anyways according to the calculator if i build the box thats 32w 24 h and 26 d and a port thats 3 h 16 w and 9 d will give me 30.83 hz. subs will be inverted and will be roughly 8.84 cubic fee. big enough for 4 12" subs. my question is the port area enough and how would i calculate the 2x4 that i will be usen for center bracing.
sand down the factory spot then there should be a bolt that holds ya coil pack to the block
so one ground to the inner fender andone wire to the bolt that holds ya coil
fact peel n seal isnt always asphalt they do make a thick 70mil rubber based version stop by lowes a read the lable. fat mat is fancy peal n seal and other than waiten for a voltage regulater and one more battery my electrical is stout enough for my set up. now when i get a all out comp car then yes i'll get the good stuff
and yes i said peel n seal i dond have a xtra 250 bux in my system budget and it works just as well. just because it dont cost hundreds of dollars dont mean it aint good stufff
