so im wanting to build a new box for my aq hdc3 12" in a 98 olds intrigue goin in the trunk. is there anyone out there with experience that would like to give up some time for a fellow smd member and draw out or tell me bout a nice ported enclosure design? this will be my first box build so all help would be greatly appreciated. and once i start on the build i will post pics and updates in all credit to my designer lol.

so is that 122amps that u got from the alt? so ur sayin for a 1200w system i need at least 122amps from the alt depending on the amp

well i dont have much power rite now. i was jus asking how to find out how many amps i need and batteries when i upgrade in the future

how do i determine how much alt power i need wit how many batteries? so x amps alternators for how many x amps batteries? sorry if im being confusing

ok so i been drivin around for a while now and i meter my battery and it still reads 14.1. how can i get it up to 14.4 again? its a new yellow top optima and i just did the big3. my old batt read 14.4 and no big3. i dont get it lol

so i got a new yellow top optima batt and done the big 3 and it reads 14.1. my old stock batt and with no big 3 it read 14.4. y is it lower when the upgrade was suppose to make it better. did i do somethin wrong? or do i need to charge the battery more? i would like some advice and suggestions please.
