what kind of project for the cd player and 6x9 headphones?? dude, if i pull up 2 ma school everybody be like DAMN (lol, from a friend) 10-way headphone splitter, if it works, l...m...a...o 2 positive? i dunno, there were just 2 strips of gold leads, and i just soldered both speaker wires to each of the strips, the speaker has no sign for + or -, neither does the plug, so how do i tell? what kind of box did you make, and what do you think i should make for this, personally, my speakers that i use for my shower are loud as hell, but when its free air, their quiet as shit, show me some pics, i would love it -

So i found a 2 inch speaker in my electronics class today when me and my friend were searching for shit to put on our cars we made. the speaker is rated 1 watt max, assuming its .5 watts RMS, 16 ohms, Made In China (haha) i found a little extender plug that i found that came with my Logitech FreePulse wireless headphones, i stripped the plastic on the female end, soldered the 2 wires from the speaker to the outside of the female connector, along with burning half of the plastic off by accident (which made my kitchen smell like absolute shit), taped it up, plugged it into my ipod, and hallelujah, it worked!!! i showed it to my teacher and she was like "its a ghetto blaster" it doesnt go loud (40-60dB tops), i plugged it into my home amp (200 rms) and it went half as loud as the little amp of the ipod. tell me what you think guys

Hard Hitting Song For A Wharfedale System?

yea, so i got an old ass system from my dad "Wharfedale Valdus 400SE", 300w total power, assuming the RMS is ~150w then for both channels put together I've been testing my library of bass songs, and the one that i've found that hits hardest is Shoulder Lean by Yung(Young) Joc, I've gotten the excursion up to about .4 - .45 inches, much more than my old AIWA system that is my default picture as you can probably already tell, i know these things have less power, but they hit just as hard at less volume, on my AIWA system i would pump the volume to 26/31 volume, and on my new system, 22/31 volume hits just as hard now, and theres more excursion from the 4 subs but the thing is, I'm afraid of trying to get more excursion out of my system, because 1) their $1000 2) My brother would kill me if he found his speakers were broken and 3) my dad would get pissed, because he has had them for around 10 years and if anyone could tell me what the Hz is on Shoulder Lean is, then thanks -
no one can beat my ipod, i got Linux running on it, i got Doom iBoy (gameboy) Pacman PLAYING VIDEOS ON 1st gen nano (no 2nd gen nano linux sry guys, lol) and Bass Mekanik ;D btw, the 2nd generation nanos are the color ones or the 5.5 G ipod videos (ipod running pacman, mahjong bought from iTunes Store) i.e. Green, Pink, Red, Gray
