Dunno what he uses, but I have a jailbroken 3G iPhone & I use iBlacklist. Works wonders, even sends an automated SMS when #'s you don't want to call you, do. I'm planning on getting that service that unmasks restricted #'s (forget the site's name offhand )

I've been working with what I have for my live sound business, & I'm wanting to move up, as there's a lot of gigs that people overpay for sound systems on, & I want to provide a more affordable business locally. I've been talking to a few relatives who have been saving money up that was going to go for college, and we're going to work something out to put that towards a new system. It's not going to be able to cover everything I'm looking at (Looking at about $10k-$15k worth of sound & lighting gear), so I'm looking at options. I'm working hard at getting a job (mainly trying for something on the railroad or in 911 dispatch), but I'm looking at options for some cash to purchase the system & pay it off over time. Anyone have any suggestions? This is all up in the air, so I'm up to most positive options. Thanks in advance.

What ohmload do you need are them dual 4 or dual 2? ^^^ This helps alot. Either way, I'd suggest an Audiopipe monoblock depending on what load you need. Dual 4: AP1000.1, 1000w RMS @ 1 ohm (Parallel/Parallel wiring) Dual 2: AP1500.1, 950w RMS @ 2 ohm. (Series/Parallel wiring)

Thanks to jrplayer36, two AQ HDC3 12" subs will now be in this car. Got the Memphis 6x9's in, and noticed a HUGE improvement in quality & sound. Have some video of the mids/highs I'll upload in a few. Just have to decide if I want to order some wire & a battery or what...

My AP1500 is lasting alot longer than any other amp that I've ever had. Voltage drop, hot weather, everything.

There is a built in delay with the software that RadioReference uses for broadcasts. If there are specific channels for NCIC lookups, RR doesn't permit them to broadcast, unless it happens to be on a tactical/dispatch channel. It is 100% legal to broadcast (as I do) but as for the mobile app, then something needs to be done with Apple.

(Keep it civilized, this isn't a political thing, this is more of a personal idea. My opinion: It shouldn't be against the law if it's being used normally, as they stated. I have one myself, that I use to monitor everything (Police, Fire, EMS, Air Medcom, Railroad, Public Works, etc) at home, but only use Fire (as that is what is permitted by our SOP's for the FD) when mobile, and Railroad when out trainspotting. I don't see how it could be improperly used unless there is enough evidence to proove the app was being used in addition to another crime. I like listening to police transmissions myself, kinda gives me an idea of what's going on today, and keeps me one step ahead of everyone else. I would NEVER think to use one to commit a crime, or anything of that sort. The laws are extremely vague, & should be discussed big time. Us normal people who like to just relax & listen and see what's going on, can't do that anymore thanks to some certain people... Anyways, your thoughts?
