  2. Highway is closer to 20. City depends on the tank of gas, anywhere from 11-17mpg...
  3. It was just a video of our engine on the way to a car in water. Nothing special, the other engine went to the other end of the road & our F350 was behind us by about 5 minutes...
  4. Exactly what I said. They said one touched down about 8 miles south, and another about a mile west of there, but we didn't see anything at our department but rain & 50ft visibility. Yeah, lol. You could say he's a bit...horney Probationary volunteer (just joined not too long ago). I know. Not mine, just found out on my friend's Facebook.
  5. Thanks Tell me about it... Yeah, especially when it wakes me up... Haven't gotten a structure fire call yet, but now that I've said that, we will more than likely.. Found this on one of my friend's friend's Facebook. Possible tornado? Thanks. I try my best.
  6. 2001 Grand Prix GT 3.8L N/A motor. Would EGR codes lead to something with the EGR valve itself causing horrible gas mileage? I only get like maybe 15-17mpg...
  7. Higher tuning = less bass response. The low bass guitar notes won't be as loud, it's all in his preference. I'd do low, but not ridiculously low, like in the mid 30's, to keep the low end response. P.S. this is from my own crazy hypothesis.
  8. Woke up after 4 hours of sleep to a call for an MVA with an unconscious/intoxicated 17 year old. Had to fly him to the trauma center for back & head injuries, took half an hour to prep him AFTER he had already woken up and put up a fight to try & get off the stretcher...took two paramedics, two of the Healthnet crew, and three firefighters to hold him down to strap/ziptie him to the stretcher. Then, all day storms start building up and intensifying horribly. By 5:30PM the storms were hitting at full force throughout the area, causing mass flash flooding, power outages, and more. Stood by at the station until about 9:30PM, get ready to leave because noone showed up for training, & end up getting called out for a car stuck in about 18 inches of water. Turned into 3 hours of blocking a road off where noone drives.... Needless to say I'm tired, & the storms are long from over... Anyways, some video of Engine 2 enroute to the scene.
  9. i dont know what i bought them for. maybie i might turn my quad into an ice cream quad or some thing. The only thing you'll do is cause mass canine pandemonium. Those things are annoying as shit. I will NEVER use ANY set of speakers that use Piezo drivers, period...Even at nominal power, they pop easily.
  10. http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=10150591447730512 Should be able to see it. Playback test of the sound system from a church festival. The gig sucked due to other reasons (band coming in DURING the festival & expected to sound great, while the band that I was there for lost all their settings...), but I thought it sounded great. Peavey can take a punch, that's for sure.
  11. Also a couple from the day before... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kjkxf7hipr8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHApxIJbgYs
  12. All of us are here for a special interest, but some of us have a personal hobby. Mine is railfanning, trainspotting, etc. My grandparents lived on the NS (former CR, former PRR) Conemaugh line, and I was there basically the whole time I was in PA, so of course I was always down at the tracks watching trains go by. I still do that to this day, on a bit larger scale. Some of my videos from today (still uploading, will add as they upload.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1NAeAnwjlw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAAreV0iEm8 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAyYjeXS-xc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NNHPq5oX7U
  13. Looking to buy at least one, if not two, AQ HDC3 12, DC Level 4 12, or similar subs. Prefer dual 2 coils. PM me price shipped to 41129 & 41102 (same area, usually one's cheaper ). I have two SDC2.5 12" D4 subs I will trade for one, or two (plus cash). One works perfect with a slight non-penetrating tear in the surround (pics available) and the other is blown, but I will order recone for price of shipping and put it on before I send it out. Also looking for another AP1500, let me know what you have.
  14. Looks good, definitely would 'band those tires. Thinking about doing the same thing to mine. Did you sand the old pain off or just paint over them?
  15. Then why bother replying if you can't use a language we can all understand? Gross as in before any measurements are taken out, ports, etc. Even with that as a net space, you'd be much better off with a single 15, because two would be asking for air that isn't there. What are you putting this in? Maybe you have more space to work with so you can fit two 15's...
  16. Given dimensions = 4.77 cubes gross. As for cylindrical ports, you'll have to ask someone with more experience.
  17. Skip to about 2:05. This is video I took of a yard job backing down to serve a bakery, and my scanner was set to my all-railroad bank, which meant I picked up the nearby KRT coal yard radios. And, you can see what happens. I say they're having a bit too much fun.
  18. Not really. We have a blanket in the downstairs bathroom and a gate to keep them in there. Occasionally we'll let a couple of them wander around, but they usually stick together.
  19. Lol, oh well, I'll bump this one till I can't bump anymore. The UNOFFICIAL OFFICIAL THREAD.
