  1. first all, don't run your grounds from battery to amps, have them all grounded to a single location... 2, if you're gonna run 1/0 , then run it all the way 3. upgrade the alt, that alternator might do for a little while but in the long run, it will just not be enough, your amps will kill itself for not getting anough juice 4. you could use that battery, but not recommended even if you build a battery box for it, get xs power, kinectik or whatever i don't know how much power you're gonna put out, you never listed the amps you're running
  2. i wished i could fly over there to help you out...
  3. i told him about that in his other thread he started... turn the square ports around into diamond ports... guess he didn't catch all that
  4. how much you asking for the rf amp
  5. lol ok let me try to explain one more time lol since you have 2 squares... to convert this to a triangle, the port length can stay the same or be longer to maintain the frequency, but the length of 2 sides will need to be stretched out...so if your square sides were 8 by 8 then the triangle would be somewhere 11 or 12 inches on 2 sides and then whatever the lenth of the 3rd side ends up will be automatic
  6. lol i spent 10 bucks on my rca's .....i haven't had any problems with them
  7. what kind of subs you looking to get.. i have 2 12's kicker cvx's..
  8. LOL THESE PICS WHEREVER IT CAME FROM MADE THE FREAKIN NEWS DUDE ITS ALL OVER THE WORLD.... LMAO
  9. god damn thats alot of wood, what car you puttin that bish in ??
  10. only thing i can think of is to run dual alternators like you want, but have seperate battery banks one for your winch, and the other for your audio accessories or whatever it may be, but i do know that there is a hardness that allows you to run the 24v batteries and still run 12v accessories...i've seen the drawing before.. can't remember where tho..
  11. bought mine online, might rested at 12.8
  12. he's right 3 10's has more displacement/cone area than 4 10's, but 2 12's is almost up there, so 3 10's or 2 12's would do justice.. edit 3 10's has more cone area than 4 8's....
  13. try the deh3100bt from pioneer , its what i have in my car, its a touch screen / double din don't know if this fits in your car or not.. but i got mine for 350
  14. they don't like doing 1 ohm daily, but they can do burps....
  15. yea you can easily do 1 ohm for burps... daily... you'll smoke the amp
  16. well he never stated how many subs he's gonna run with 2 amps, but if he's running at 1 ohm load he should be fine with 2 bats in the back and one in the front...but if he does go lower than 1 ohm, he's gonna want a stronger electrical...to support the current draw... and if you look at what i mentioned to begin with i told him to go for it it should be enough
  17. thats why i said depends on how many subs and what load he's going to run.. its all the math that counts lol
  18. depends on how many subs you're gonna run and at what load.. but should be good enough...i would say go for it
  19. lol its all about trial and error
  20. again best thing to do is build a few boxes so you can figure out which is going to sound better....
  21. i think what he is asking is that the width of the port after the bend needs to be the total width of the center port so if his center port was 4 inches wide then the width of the port needs to be 2 inches in the bend area... cuz you have 2 bends.. so 2 x 2 equals 4..
  22. lol quit hatin on the power acoustik brand.. i'm just trying to help out so i can help myself out.. lol
