  1. https://www.facebook...047/?qa_ref=qts I'm in the running for the IA/Mechman/XSPower giveaway and I'd really appreciate a vote or two or even vote for the other guy if you think he deserves it more. Thanks for any votes you guys can pass along!
  2. He took care of the sub for me and I am a happy camper now lol. Thanks for stepping up to the plate and handling this like you did man. I also appreciate the trust that you put in me. I would do business with this cat again without a doubt.
  3. I ordered and recieved the other HDC3 he was selling and 3 days after recieving it I PM'd him through CACO which is where I communicated with him and informed him that one of the coils was testing bad. I hope we can get this resolved in a timely manner.
  4. Take it to a dealership that has a GM Tech2. They'll be able to reset it.
  5. I've got one in the works but it's a long ways off from being even close to done. Still gotta find a '29 Ford Tudor Sedan before I can go any further.
  6. nah no wall. wife won't let me. it's her daily driver. i'm just gonna build a big ass box tuned to around 32-34 hz.
  7. I am but one man. Be patient grasshopper. I hope by this weekend I'll have my enclosure built and my other 2 sa-12's in. Then by the following weekend I'll have a false floor finished and everything buttoned up. Then I'll start on laying down that 100 sq. ft of FatMat Rattle Trap.
  8. The remote and RCA's had already been ran down the pass side. Didn't wanna have to take em back out and reinstall them.
  9. So I picked up a '99 Isuzu Rodeo LS 4x4 a couple weeks ago and ever since I've been thinking about doing a build for it. Well I finally decided on which direction I wanna go so here goes. 1. Iraggi Alt. 2. Monster 0 ga. power/ground wire 3. JVC KD-R900 CD/MP3/iPod/iPhone Car Receiver/Player w/ 3 sets of 5v Preouts 4. Two XS D925 batteries 5. DD 5.25 components for the front doors 5. Infinity Reference 4" components for the rear cargo area roof 6. Big 3 upgrade with 2/0 ga. wire and KnuConceptz battery terminals (the one that take 3 runs of 0 ga each) 7. 2 AQ 2200's 8. 4 Sundown SA-12's D4VC 9. Custom birch enclosure with subs up/port centered in the bottom of the box facing the rear. This bitch is huge and tuned low. 10. MB Quart ONX 4.60 for the mids and highs. 11. 100 sq. ft Fat Mat Rattle Trap. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgkzxtAoxYY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4yHNIh7ays More pics to come in the next day or so.
  10. It won't matter dude. Just cover it in resin, sand, prime then paint the hell out of it.
  11. Start off with my setup casue I know ppl will ask. Kenwood KDC-MP345U HU, Stinger 0ga wiring, 2nd battery in trunk, Sundown SAZ1500D, 2 12" Sundown SA-12's D4 voice coils wired down to 1 ohm, in a prefab (Probox Super Bass) enclosure, Big 3 in 2/0 ga. I'm currently running subs and port facing the front, seats down. My highest TL score is a 140.3. Voltage drop is not bad really. I know this enclosure is killing me beacuse of impedeance rise (about 3 ohm). I'm adding 2 layers of SS Spectrum spray on liner to the trunk, rear deck and doors this coming weekend. I guess what I'm wondering is what do you ppl think would be the best way for me to aim my subs, and what kind of enclosure would you recommend. I'm looking for a mostly (90 %) SPL setup but would still like to be able to show off a lil bit when I feel like it. I appreciate any help that you guys could offer.
  12. bulldog adhesion promoter or martin senour adhesion promoter...same thing basically. either would work good fer ya.
  13. The old Satajet 90's are some good guns. Hell I love an old Binks gun lol.
  14. Just lookin to pick up a used/good condition single or dual sensor termlab.
  15. Iwata are my favorite. Then I'd have to go with the SataJet 3000HVLP. I'm currently sprayin with a higher end Devilbiss and I gotta say it's a damn fine gun. I spray with a 1.3 or 1.4 for the best results. My primer gun is the new 3M Accuspray. IMHO it can't be beat.
  16. Get some Kleen Strip Preps All or some acetone and clean it really well. Let it air dry completely then maybe scuff with a scotchbrite pad or something equivilent. You'll be all set then.
