One thing people always seem to forget is that with a high end PC you are getting much more than just a gaming platform. You are getting the full windows (or linux) experience and can do infinitely more things than you can on a console. For this reason, you cannot compare the price between the two. The PC option has many many more uses.

This is a really cool thread. I joined the forum not but a month or two after it was first created and quickly racked up 4000 posts. Then when I went to college I was inactive for about 4 and a half years. When you're broke in college, car audio is not the top priority for funds, and coming to the forums just made me miss it even more so I stayed away. Hell I didn't even have a car then. I have since graduated, bought a car, and threw in a damn wall. You could say that I'm back in the game now. lol Feels good to be back on the forums.

I may be a little late here but you should definitely go with the buffalo router emmet posted. i have the single band version of it and its the best router ive used. you can really configure a lot with that preinstalled ddwrt

The Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tab and the iPad 2 are the best out there right now. Dont even consider the others as they lag pretty bad. Just go to Best buy and you can play with them there.

If you dont care about sound quality, use winamp. I use windows media player because it sounds better than any player ive ever used.

Sick speeds. I usually get around 350 KB/s down here in Cape Girardeau Missouri with AT&T. I swear my damn 3gs is holding me back though
