Anyone had experience with autotoys.com by chance? Seems like the jackpot for quality wire at a good price, and sold by the foot.

Gonna bump this again. Anyone know where I can order some tsunami or similar good quality wire by the foot? Need 4g, 8g, and 1/0. Not terribly interested in knu or full rolls, would rather buy what I need right now since im buying a sub and an amp later this month. Thanks for any suggestions.

Bsn synth six is a very good powder with good taste, but what exactly are you wanting, what's your body style? If you've been skinny all your life and want mass, you are wanting a weight gainer protein that's made to Give you the extra calories you need to gain. If you are serious about gaining or just getting better fit, read up articles on getripped.com, bodybuilding.com forums, etc. You may need to cut first to remove some excess bodyfat. The perfect bodyfat percentage is 11-15% for men. For the 'best' way togain you want to stay within those numbers, cutting down to about 11% before you gain. As you gain muscle you up your calorie intake because you can't gain mass if you don't have the calories to do so. The higher your bodyfat % when you start bulking the faster you'll gain fat than muscle. Sorry for the lesson, but you need to know where your at and what you want before choosing your supplements. As for a supplement list, you don't need 100s if dollars a month for supplements. A quality multivitamin is key. After that, a quality protein powder, then if you want glutamine and creatine doesn't hurt. Quality protein powders: Isopure Bsn syntha 6 (protein powderof the ufc) Can't think of other names ATM, I'll update when I'm not brain farting. As for amino acids, many of your post workout drinks/protein powders that aren't junk have your basic aas included. Even some multivitamins do, as well as your bcas and such.

Didn't really read your first post, but may I ask as to why you dont use protein powder? A homemade protein shake is nowhere near the amount of protein powder you need to gain mass, seeing as how low the protein is and the lack of basic amino acids that many powders have. Not to mention if you are using refined sugar you are really doing the opposite of what your really wanting. And with the cost of eggs, it probably wouldn't be much of a price difference. A quality protein powder will help you in the long run.

alright cool! thanks for the advice. i have no idea how many grams of protein is in one large egg uncooked but il have to google it. 14g of protein I believe is the average for a quality grade A large egg. Adding an egg is a nice way to add protein to your diet and increase you hdl (good cholesterol) and lowers your bad cholesterol. Edit: 6ish is right, thanks Orion, I wasn't thinking right.

Too much protein can cause problems with your kidneys and such yes. I wouldn't go for more than 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. I've known a few people who have done much more and go have suffered with things like kidney stones. When you're cutting, about no more than 40% of your calorie intake should be protein. That's the max you should ever ever take. When your bulking, about 25-30%. I'll find a few bodybuilding articles on the subject.

Caps are considered a drain on an electrical system. They basically 'stock' up extra power for when the subs need it NOW for that low note or what have you. The reason they are considered a drain is because once they discharge that stocked up energy, they need to be recharged, which puts extra strain on the alt/battery etc. 99% of the time they are useless and you will not notice a difference, and they can strain the electrical for no real gain. It's like putting a bandaid on a broken finger, it won't really help at all and is probably a waste of time. Using a splint instead (more batteries, bigger alt, etc.) will make it 'heal' alot better.

Qft. Although black ops is 1000 times better than mw2. But competitions restrict what weapons and such you can use, I.e. No killstreaks, most tournaments don't allow any perks, no rocket launchers/claymores, etc. It removes the luck considerably when the target you kill doesn't stay alive and pull out a pistol. Heres your problem, in a regular ported box you shouldnt really play more than a few hertz under tuning or you'll smoke your subs. New box tuned to 28-33 if you like your lows. You will lose a tad on the high notes, but worth it IMO.

Either gain is too high, too much bass boost/clipping from headunit, or your tuning is too high, as everyone else said. D-train, all subs will not start stinking. Don't know where you get that. I've seen many higher end subs play for years and never have smelled the slightest coil. That's the difference of a tuned and not tuned system.

The aq and dc amps are mono amplifiers, meaning that although they have connections for 2 subs, those two terminals are internally bridged. You connect the subs according to krannys diagram to one of the negative terminals and one of the positives on the right. I'd go either d1s or d7s. Two dual ones will wire down to 1 ohm, and d7s down to 7 ohms, which the aqs can take if you set your gains correctly.

So after all this I'm going to talk to my boss when he gets off vacation next week and explain the situation and tell him I either need hired on back here or I'll try for a spot in another part of the factory, or I'm going to be looking for a new job. I can't be working for a place that can fuck up a thing like that. They've been jerking me around their horrid hiring process for 6 months and I'm not making enough to warrant dealing with that anymore IMO. I meant that I know I'm not the hardest worker they've ever had, but I still work hard and get twice the shit that some guys do there. I just didn't want to sound like I am the best ever, which I'm not. As I said this post was to kinda help me vent before I went and talked to the boss at the temp agency. As for being late, I did admit that was a problem, but a minor one. Over the course of the job, the last six months, I've probably been late 5-6 times, a couple times excused reasons, the others being at the most clocking in 2 minutes late. While it is minor IMO, i know it's still a problem and have been working to fix it. Now, onto the rest of the story after the fact. Went into te temp agency, and explained the situation to the manager. He knew nothing about it...he called the person who deals with hiring at the factory and she knew nothing about it. So they checked it out a bit longer and basically said they need be back. What they think happened is another nick works at another part of the factory with the temp agency and got fired. They saw that I clocked in today and apparently thought I was the other guy. So basically I got 'fired' and rehired today. Sorry for a wall of text...novels FTL. So I work at a factory about half hour away from where I live, and was hired on for there through a temp agency about 5-6 months ago. Now I'm not the best worker in the world, but I'm a pretty damn good one. I've only called in one time because I was sicker than you could believe, although I have been late a few more times than I'd like to admit. By late I mean by one minute because I have to walk through the guard shack and to the very back part of the factory. As I said, I'm not the best worker there, but let's talk about some temps who have gotten hired on. Ones name is dillon. He started just about the same time as me and got hired on two months ago. Before he got hired on he was late almost every other day and missed 10 days while still working at the temp agency. The next ones name is Tim, and this guy has a temper. He got pissed one day and threw an air gun across the room and broke the handle in half. Were talking a $1000 air hammer. Hes been caught numerous other times beating on the equipment and other machines. This was all before he got hired on and out manager knew all about it. Not to mention when he was told to get off his phone at one point he straight told his superior no. So all I know is I was working, and the only problem with me was being late a few times, and today I have a guard come escort me out like a fugitive saying I wasn't supposed to be working in that department. Go to the guard shack to be told that they got an email from the temp agency saying my subscription had been canceled and that I was basically out on my ass. Im sitting in front of the temp agency and not sure if I should walk in because I might blow up on someone. Im mostly just venting here so I don't, but what do you think you'd do in this situation? Any suggestions or advanced 'wisdom' you can lay on me? I've never been fired before and need to be able to pay my bills... ./endrant

Well I checked my car and I can actually fit 4 awg. I was wondering if anyone has ever used autotoys.com? Site seems like it could be a little shady but they have pro series 1/0 and 4 awg tsunami wire. Sonicelectronix has full rolls, but doubt I need 75 feet. Anyone else have suggestions?

If you would have read my earlier response, I am using 1/0 gauge for what it is supposed to be for, the alternator to the battery connection. The 8 gauge is going to be used for the connection to the power distro box under the hood and the engine, which neither will accept anything bigger than 8 awg on my car...

Although they do carry cadence. Anyone had experience with this wiring? Don't want to skimp on the wiring or I'd just order knu.

Need 8 gauge to connect it to the power distro box and have to replace the wiring to the engine. The wire from alt to battery will still be 1/0 tsunami comp wire. And n8 I just checked audio savings again an they don't carry tsunami alone, just amp wiring kits.

Hey guys, I'm looking at relocating my battery in the trunk and need a good amount of 8 awg wire. I'm running tsunami 1/0 so id like to stick with tsunami for the while car. Anyone know where I can get spools of their stuff online? Only place I found was sonicelectronix who sells it in 3' strands, and I'm at work so I can't call them to see if I buy for example 10 of them if they are still going to be 3' strands or a cut. Just wondering if any of y'all know a place to pick some up, itd be a big help. Thanks for any help.
