  1. i knew that. lol i forgot about tuning the filter couple hz under the tuning of the box, right? i usually tune subsonic 8-12hz unter tuning, and i never seem to have a problem.
  2. The subs are $159 apiece on ebay. Brand new they would run $300-$350. They are really expensive, but if you've ever played with a Diamond D6, you know why. They're rated at 600 rms, but im sure they could handle 1000 with ease. 3" voice coils, 180oz magnets, beefy surrounds...
  3. yeah i guess it comes with a warranty.
  4. I was browsing ebay, and I found a pair of Diamond D6 12s for relatively cheap, but the condition says "manufacturer refurbished". hmmmm i've never dealt with refurbished products of any kind. do you think they're trustworthy?
  5. so you're going to run a ridiculous electrical or never burp a high power system with the car off right. im talking on music, if i see my volt guage below 12.5v, i turn the remote gain down. I dont do "burps" or sit around and blast demos. I only listen while driving. My voltage stays above 13 while driving, even on my stock electrical.
  6. 454. and a pair of sundown 8's wouldnt hurt one bit.
  7. HAHAHAHAHAH that shits great! "She was a real cutie before she got hit and destroyed. Oh, and there is a VW in the photo also. "
  8. honestly listen to Ray, and slap some DD 8s back there! \m/
  9. thanks bj, you the man. this is gonna be fun fitting power wires, line driver jumpers, and volt meter wires all into the same terminals!
  10. i'd just disreguard the kicker. your comparing a fish fry to caviar.
  11. ELMER'S WOOD FILLER. Comes in a small tub. I live by this shit when making boxes. Dries hard and fast, sands nice and smooth. You'd never know there was seems on your box in the first place.
  12. i know how to hook up a volt meter no problem, but how do i go about running it on the dash, when i wanna see what the AMP'S EXACT voltage is? i dont wanna just hook it up to a 12v wire up front...
