I can only go down to 2 ohms right now because its a dual 4ohm subwoofer. Is that 15001bd a clean amplifier??

HEy, Right now i have a phoenix gold Octane 15:0.1 Amplifier that does 1500 max and 1000 continuous. Is there any amp out there that i can get for around 600 bucks that will do a clean 1500-2000 constant?? Let me know if you know of any and where to go to find them thanks.

Hey, Ive been lookin in Investing into a BL 12" sub. Will a fully loaded BL 12 take 1800-2000 watts daily or do i need to go with a btl??

I have experience with the Mtx 9515. Matter of fact im running one right now and it pounds im only runnin mine off of a Phoenix Gold Octane 15.0:1 and its get roughly 1000 watts constant and it slams. Honestly you should tune a lil higher the perfect tune cycle is between 32-37 Hz i have done some personal experimenting with mine and im running a 3.5 Cf box at 33 Hz and so far its putting up by far the best numbers.This is only my input since i have experience in working with one so i hope this will help. Optimum Specs that have worked great are 3.0-4.25 cf slot ported enclosure tuned between 32-37Hz as mentioned above so hopefully this info will give you some input towards your goal

Hey, Im trying to decide which to go with? Right now i have a Phoenix Gold Octane 15.0:1 amplifier that does 1500 all day but im bout to upgrade to an Mtx 91002 that does about 1850 all day at 1 ohm. So would i be better with a FI BL 12 fully loaded or a Fi Btl 12 Fully loaded? Are they both musically friendly and what are the peak power ratings for both subs fully loaded? The FI site only lists the RMS power.

Hey, Can anyone tell me what could cause the rear drivers side tire of my 96 honda accord to keep shredding the Inside wall of the tire?? I mean i have the car lowered with a full Eibach Kit and Cambered correctly and everything and for some reason the Rear tire has been giving me lots of problems and thats really the only one doing it and i cant figure out what the heck is goin on so if anyone can tell me anything it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, I realize that there is a topic pinned about the Btl options. It does not talk about the new options that have been added though. Will the options add extra power handling to the subwoofer? If so how much power will the fully loaded btl take daily? What is the Induct Heat Rings purpose and is it something i should add to the sub? Im looking for the beefiest yet most musical daily setup up. Im runnin a PG Octane amp that does 1500 Rms,3k peak.so i need a setup that will accept 2k plus daily because im going to be upgrading to an Mtx 92001 in bout 3 weeks

Hey, Does anyone know when the FI website will be updated 4 the new Btl's? I would like to get a price and also recommendations on the best size box for a Fully Loaded Btl 12" subwoofer would be? I would also like to know if an Mtx 91002 amplifier would be to much power for daily use on one of the 12's? Last question i have is how do you think output on an FI Btl 12" would compare to the Mtx 9500 15" subwoofer that i have running in my car now ? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey Man, He is not lying bout the cost factor of Mtx. Yes they are expensive but they get loud and sound real good doing it so if you are willing to spend the money for the Sub and an amp that will sufficiently power it i think you will be happy with the Mtx. (coming from someone who runs Mtx)

I get asked what is in my trunk of my car all the time. No one ever believes me when i tell them its a Solo 15". I have to physically show the people my setup to get them to believe im only using a single sub setup LOL. I have an Mtx 9500 15 in the trunk running off bout 900-1000 watts all day i want more power. But with what i have now there is plenty of Slumpin going on and head turning as well. Single Sub Slumpin FTW LOL

Hey Guys, Lil Wayne is not the best by any means. Im not taking anything away from him he is good but not the best. Specially when we got heavy hitters out there like JadaKiss,Styles P,Juvenile,Ludacris and cant forget bout Eminem etc and especially all my dirty South Texas Niggas like Ugk pimp c trae z-ro,big pokey dj screw lil flip im not goin to list em all but the fact of the matter is Lil Wayne holds no candle to any of the boys i spoke of i think.He is a good rapper and all and he puts out some shit that is real hot and then other shit thats like WTF. but anyway thats all i had to say on the subject

My Personal Opinion I would go with 2 Mtx 9500 15's i can speak from personal ownership that my 9500 is wicked. Run 1000-1500 watts to them daily and im pretty sure you will be thoroughly happy. I am not taking anything away from Fi or RF i just dont have any experience im just giving you my .02 on subs from my personal experience but im sure what ever choice you make as long as you have enough power,right box and amps you will be happy.

Hey , I just wanted to take some time to thank Steve Meade for creating such an awesome site. I can come here and ask an audio question and have it answered in a short period of time. I want to thank everyone that has taken time to try and answer all my questions to the best of their knowledge. I have also made some friends on here which is also very nice. Hey, I wanted to take the time to thank everyone for all the support you have shown to me and my friends family i printed out the pages of posts you guys left on the topic i started to show his family. He was laid to rest today in Fairfax at a private cemetery. I must say that it was nice knowing that he is resting peacefully and honorably now. He was x-military so they gave the 21 gun salute and all and it was quite a sight. The best part of all is that the criminal responsible for the death of my friend was caught last night due to the fact that someone recognized the dogs as he was walking them and called to report it and he was arrested on the spot. So once again thanks to everyone that showed they cared it meant alot to all of us dealing with the loss of my close friend

Hey , I went over to my best friends house of 20 years and found him dead this morning. No one knows why it happened or even what happened he was found with gunshot wounds to his head and chest but the weird thing is, is that the cops said there was no signs of a b&e so the only logical thing that makes sense now is that either he left his door unlocked or the criminal he executed him is really good at what he does. The Internet Explorer will come up and load and everything but the only portion of the pages that will appear is the Text none of the pictures links or anything else on the page will become accessible. I love the hell out of mine granted its a 15 but even the 12's are nasty a couple of people i chill with have the 9500 12's. Btw i like the vids man they are nice

To BassinyoFace, 1st off im not a fag in any way shape or form.I dont know what your tendencies are but i dont swing that way. I would consider myself a GP b/c my boys can hear me pulling into their neighborhood and they live in far back corner and they say they can feel it when i come down their street.
