Before the alt he did just have stock alt and just 2 d3400s, but both are underhood 15 plus feet away from the amp. Point being you could put full spool of OFC 1/0 to that amp and not hurt it one bit for a burp test on that dyno.

Do a test with a 20 ft run of power on each so it is how it would be in a car. 1 run CCA vs 1 run OFC

The answer is .144 watts, so a 1/4 watt 1k ohm resistor will work for the application. You would burn up a 1/8 watt. Great video Tony!!!

Hey guess what You also can't measure resistance with a DMM if there is voltage present at the point you are measuring resistance (ohms).

I really like this volt meter alot, very fast response and highly accurate which is perfect for what I use this truck for. Glad you like it And cluster is from usspeedo.com they are in flint, MI. I am very happy with it and how it turned out. I hope it last awhile with the bass, broke the mounting feet on the old one lol.
