Ive got another question for anyone, when im grounding my battery in the trunk could i ground it to the same location where the amp is grounded or should i find a new separate spot on the frame. Thanks!

looks good. what size wire you runing between the batts??? and are you thinking of big 3 upgrade? Big 3 upgrade is done and all the wire is knu konceptz 0 gauge, i know im missing a fuse between the alt and the front bat but ill add that in later. Ive never added a second battery i just wanted to be sure i had the right idea. Thanks man

Port facing back for sure, if its facing up too much air escapes from the rubber seals, your lows will suffer ... However if you face it back it will reflect back into the cabin for cleaner sounding notes

My 2007 ford crownvic comes stock with a 200A alt, but its juts not gonna cut it when i upgrade my system to 4000rms next month. How large of an alternator would i need to power the 4k rms,how many amps? and does anyone have recommendations on alternators that would work well for me? thanks!
