where are you pulling your numbers from?? you dont need a 10k watt system a well i had less then 5k rms to 4 15s and was doing a 153 at 29hz and it took your breath away, hell it almost made my buddy shit himself like straight up he had run inside go shit.... and before that i had 2 15s on 2 alpine 1000 watters and was up in the 150s was at 42hz but still did some damage since he said hes not doing comps, i would assume hes not going to drive around shooting tones.... if i remember correctly, getting louder on music is much harder than on tones.. i wasn't doing comps either i had a daily music machine tuned at 27hz and i could bassrace a 150+ at 30 hz.... thats not music?

i know with my old wall i was tuned to 27 hz and it was nasty nasty on the lows as for the highs it played in the 40s fine not as loud but still did some shit but i think thats just due to the fact that i had 4 15s behind head cone area made up for tuning

if you have normal drill bit you can do it to simple take some tape wrap it around bit where you want to stop the the bit from going any farther into wood and just drill up to there takes some time but you can get good results by doing this

i've never been one to really fuck with making shit permanent as i change shit often and sealed off with tape and it helped but not good enough box in lumina haha metal tape does do good job of sealing, just if its not sealing large gaps

i use PL400 to adhere stuff in my box's now and it is simple to use just a caulkin gun and big ol tube pl and slap that shit on and give er shit simple simple and you was asking about terminals this is how i do bolt terminals

if you take your time and build the box properly you should not have to worry about using caulk to seal it take the time sand all your mdf before you put on generous coat of wood glue screw er in wait for glue to dry and done there was good post/thread long ago by huge-erection haha bout mfd prep
