If you google spokeo scam, you will find lots and lots of sites saying what I said above, about the site not doing anything special, but searching myspace, facebook, tweeter, photobuckets, or any other site that you would have put in your information. So they are trying to charge you money for stuff you can find out by just searching. Nothing to impressive. There are real sites that run background checks, and crap like that, but these are actually more in depth then what spokeo is doing, and cost a lot more then $3.00 a month.

Neighborhood: Below Average FUCK YEA!!! I LIVE IN THE TRAP NIKKA!!!!! LMAO! but yea.. pretty bogus site in reality. All it is doing is taking your email address and doing the "hard work" for you. Its using free techniques to find people. Such as the "find your friends" using their name or email on Myspace, google, facebook, yahoo, to name a few.. Typed in my name. Said I live in a below average hood, not really too true, its hood, but not that bad. I can get more information typing in my name on CCAP (which is wi circuit court access program) and will tell me my past tickets, lawsuits etc... All this site is really doing is doing the hard work for you, but you can easily search these public knowledge places for yourself, and find out WAY MORE about people. Edit: it says my cell phone number is (920)-331-3102. Not going to ask, but I had the same damn cell number on the same damn contract with the same provider for the last 12 or so years.. Never had a 331 number.. Dunno whats up with that! LOL

how big are the magnets on the new btls?
audiofanaticz replied to johnnycage's topic in Fi Car Audio
Im wondering why the weight of the magnet is in question or even a concern? Its a single slug magnet that is stronger then the old triple and double slugs. I wouldnt imagine Fi would go with a lighter weight magnet if they where not able to keep the magnet force at the gap as strong or stronger -
Ok for this Dropfest event today/tomorrow I got some scores. Did a lot of work last night trying to gain more on my legal db drag score no luck yet Dbdrag/bassrace 3x event: Extreme 1-2, 150.1db @33hz (currently in 1st place) Bassrace 149.9, 147.6db (with a slow start and hot woofers, drained batts. Currently in 2nd or 3rd place). These 2 scores are just qualifing! MECA 2X event: Driveby db5, 127.1db (currently in 2nd place) Modified5 151.Xdb (at the headrest, currently in 2nd place) Didnt do Meca SQ, still another day, may do that tomorrow spent a bit on entry fees thus far already!! USACI 2X event: Super Port Wars, 160.4db (1st place). StreetBeat sb2, 148.2 (1st place). Spl Modified 1001-2000, 151.4 (2nd place). Usaci is running it as 2 seperate 2x shows, so I may run again tomorrow for more points!! This picture is just from the usaci wins alone so far. Me and Ryan (in the gray car) dominating usaci so far His car is sharp, 24s on it! I really like it!! I really love whats in the trunk.. SUNDOWN DOMINATION FTW! His car is well built, paid lots of attention to minor details. Check his youtube vids out!! Pretty cool dude CLEAN! http://www.youtube.com/user/a21bravo

Ive heard that from Dj too!! Im sure it gots more in with time and testing tho!! Yes, awesome product for sure, if you dont got sundown, you better get it!! And thanks for backing up my thought of the wheels looking nice bro!! So I tried a few more things, and some worked, some didnt, but here is the new score. so in 3 days I gained .7db!!!!!!!! Then did a few more things, and did this number! So now I gained .8db total from initial install to now.. Ive also done a few more last minute things that I will have to test tomorrow.

what autozone gave you I cant see, because id have to enter in all your vehicle info, which I dont feel like doing. Most batteries autozone carries are CRAP. except for optima, but for optima pricing they are also crap and you can get a real battery thats just a few bucks more... I just used autozone as an example to find out what group size battery you need.....

Theres 3 alternator companies on this forum and 1 company that does voltage modules for aftermarket/stock alternators, and XS Power batteries is also on this forum.. All of them make decent products... We dont know what your budget is, or what you want, or what type your vehicle needs. Like I said its your car you should know it, not us. So do some searching and ask these companies. As I just stated in your new thread you just made asking literitly the same questions but with different wording. BUY THE BIGGEST YOU CAN AFFORD AND WHATEVER COMPANY WILL GIVE YOU THE BEST DEAL!

I thought you where looking for a battery????? It be a good idea to find what group size your current factory battery is, if that is the one you are wanting to replace. Group 27 (D2700), group 34 (D3400), group 24 (D2400), group 65 (D6500), group 31 (D3100), etc......... Theres lots of group sizes, you need to know your size. You can check by going to an autoparts website like autozone and typing in your cars make model and year, and click on batteries, it will give you the results of what fits your car and it should say the group size.. If you cant find what your vehicles stock battery group size is, you can do it the old fashioned way. Which is go out to your car, open the hood (or where ever your factory battery is located). Take a tape measure, and measure the Height, Width, Depth write the numbers down on paper and then go back to the XS Power website and look for batteries that are the dimensions that you just wrote down. Sometimes they maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inches bigger or smaller in 1 dimension or another, but most factory battery trays will allow for a little wiggle room if the battery is a tad bigger/smaller. But I think that should be all the info you need to find a proper sized battery to replace your stock one, no matter what brand battery you choose to go with (XS Power, Stinger, NSB, Oddessy, Hawker, Batcap, Kinetik, to name a few brands... I dont think its right for me or anyone else to go and do the dirty work of finding out what fits your car, or you will never learn anything, and will always rely on someone else. Plus after all its your car, and you know what your car looks like, not us. Cheers

XS Power are the best batteries IMO. They have a wide variety of oem sized batteries, and then larger batteries to put in your trunk or where ever. www.4xspower.com www.summitracing.com and www.jegs.com carry these batteries too. Also most higher end alternator companies are carrying this brand too, maybe possible to get a better combo price if you buy both.

I know, just giving ya crap Yes, amp is totally sick and down right sexy! so glad I finally got it! barly slept tuesday night waiting for wednesday to come. LOL So onto the BAD news. I blew a battery, well it didnt blow. but it was releasing gases and squealing, and very hot!!!! It was a loaner NSB 90 from a friends street b crx, that sat for 2 or so years not being used or charged. When I brought it home it was resting at 7.X volts. I reconditioned it, and charged it in a low amp cycle for 2 hours on, 2 hours off. It was holding 12.7 volts over night, and when I load tested it with a 125amp draw for about 45 seconds straight it would drop to 10.X volts then rise back up to 12.6ish volts. I thought I was good to go with it, but I guess I guess wrong. Lol So now Im down to only 2 XS D3100s, a stocker up front, 3 DC Power alts, and like 6 runs of power wire (half is 1/0, the other half is 3/0). So onto the GOOD news. I clamped the beast!! :woot: Pics of clamp. AC Amperage/Current thru the positive speaker wire. AC Voltage of the Pos & Neg speaker wires. Probably a slight clip, havent scoped the amp just yet. This test was done using my TRUE RMS craftsman Professional clamp meter. I heard I didnt have to multiply the wattage by .7 for effiency due to me using a true rms meter by a few people, but the number seemed a little high. Lol AC Amperage = 62.2 AC Voltage = 91.9 Peak Watts = 5,716..18 watts RMS Watts = 4,001.32 Nominal Load = .8ohms Impedance Rise = 1.47 ohms DC Voltage = 14.9v with a drop to 13.7v So not too shabby in my opinion And like I said I am only .4db down from running 2 3krms amps, this thing is beastly, and Im sure I can get closer to my older scores with more testing, and trying things Thanks again for a great product Jacob, and DJ for helping me out all the time!!! :drinks:

^^^^This! Also, a rear battery will soak up most the current demand from the amp(s), so instead of drawing 200+amps thru your power wire from the front, with the rear battery you will be drawing drastically less, like 50-100 amps. But also very dependent on your amp(s) battery sizes, power wire size and how many runs. Numbers are just as an example. But that 2nd battery in the rear is giving your electrical system less resistance, and adding to the time length you can bump for. Most cars will charge a 2nd battery with a stock alternator decently, sometimes even 2 batteries (again dependent of their size), tho some will argue this Im sure. But the way I see it is its better for a stock alternator to cover a 20ish amp load to keep a somewhat half drained group 31 battery charged, then it is for an amp to try and draw countless amperage (80+amps) from a stock alternator which will over work/heat the alt and shorten its life spand until the alt dies.

I was thinking about the woofers, I just have no real idea how they are, or do. I know almost nothing about them unfortunately, or ever even heard one The good news however. Today I got .6 more db out of this SAZ-4500!!! Right now I am .4-.5db away from doing the same numbers with the same box with my 2 old SPL Dynamic EXT-3000D's wired at .75 nom with the 2 DD9518's (which are also for sale), and also the AA Mayhem 18s wired at .4nom each with 2 Crunch GP3000Pro's. This amp is uber-efficient, and does really good power after impedance rise it seems. Still yet to clamp it. Keep forgetting too.

why you always gotta to out do a niggah! lols my goal is for 2 and 4 18s before the end of this season. and 2 4channels which Ill be doing very soon!! Oh well, I still Johnathan Price JR. Just wait for the license plates.. Lmao what chrome? Lol its machined aluminum with a clear coat, really dont shine too much, just a lil bit
-
no vids, all i can do is a cell cam, and well thats a waste of time, Ill be loaning a decent camera for the upcomming show however.. This current setup with the box is peaking at 32hz, and plays fine in the 25hz range on music haha, its cool if you dont like them, but it cool that you like them a tad more now Like i said, you where the first to say you didnt like them, or the first to have the balls to say it and not lie. PROPS!

Here the beauty is, and wow does this make the 2 mayhem 18s move!! Still more testing and tweeking to do yet however. Right after I got off the phone with Team Nemesis Dj, this van pulls up! Shitty pic thru my screen door. It was a somewhat cute blond delivery chick, but she was carrying the box unsafely and it looked like it was sliding, so I went and grabbed it from here, and I think I grabbed a lil more then the amp if you get what Im saying... Lol Metal knobs, not those cheap plastic knobs like some amps!! Eww!! things need to be cleaned up a tad, but that will wait til I have more time, more important things to worry about before this huge 2 day 3x dbdrag/bassrace/meca show. Next to my old birdcage, on my silk pillow to keep it clean from the ground. Next to the Atomic amp (which is for sale). And the amp even matches the 24s! BONUS!! Sorry no nude pics, no need to open this baby up, besides those can be seen on sundowns website

summer is killin my electrical!
audiofanaticz replied to Bobby32's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
You got to pay to play, and pay even more for quality! I been there done that with Iraggi's and Mechman. Mechman had great CS, and pretty fair prices imo. But neither of those 2 companies combined can hold up to what DC Power has done for me with Cost, Performance, CS, and looks! -
I always use hot glue or CA glue for my pods. Never had a issue. I just stretch the fleece over hold it until the glue drys. you can try using staples. but like skittles said. once that first layer of resin cures, the glue isnt doing a thing!
