  1. --> QUOTE(Eric B @ Nov 12 2007, 09:07 PM) 192664[/snapback] Yes it is and is stolen round here all the time, one kid was actually found dead at a tank in a field tryin to steal it... Became a big ass thing here in iowa with people stealing it
  2. Not as much as some of you guys but for still being on dial up its not too bad
  3. Fruity Loops is a good beat making program or you can use Cool Edit Pro for editing songs.
  4. Lmao why would you grab it without unplugging it
  5. Looks like loudspeaker comps lol And it looks like Tomahawks are the way to go lol
  6. wow they arent paying you crap you start at $7/hr here at hyvee or walmart or any place like that
  7. What size box should I make for 4 12inch MA Audio subwoofers. The subs are MA120XE I dont need a design or anything just how many cubic the feet the box should be for a ported box I plan on probably doing a 2 chamber box 2 subs per chamber Thanks
  8. Wtf... Did he just decide one day he would go find a random pipe under a bridge and drill the damn thing?
  9. Would be nice but totally unnesscery in a truck I paid $300 for lol
  10. Screw dash kits too exspensive when I can build a center console for free. Plus I dont have to paint it to match the dash
  11. Not in the cheyenne unless I want to hack up the dash piece and the make something to replace the big chunk of plastic taken out to hold the HU plus it would be sticking out about 2 inches from the dash
  12. I would love to build a t-line but it just doesnt seem like i have enough space even thoug it is only an 8 inch subwoofer. I think Ill just stick with my original design of behind the seat and hope it gets louder than the current sealed box its in
  13. Alright Ive been thinking about a few different designs for a subbox for my 8 inch rockford that is in my truck. 2 of the designs are center console boxes and the other one is a behind the seat box. All the boxes are tuned to 34-36hz. And the measurements arent exact because I didnt calculate in woodthickness since this is the first time ever using sketchup but they are easily within 1/2inch of what they will be if I build This is the first console box the port will be facing to the back of the truck and the sub towards the roof. The sub is also inverted with this box This is the second console box the sub is still firing up towards the roof and so is the port. Port is closer to windshield and the sub is closer to the back of the truck This is the last box design that will go behind the seat. I put the sub hole on the wrong side so the port will be firing towards the passenger door and the sub firing towards the windshield
  14. Because its too small of an area because I have a bench seat and the console is going to have a HU in it once I get a new one I just havent cut the hole for it yet. In there chevy trucks there is no place to put a HU in the dash so I needed some place to put one. Plus the only subwoofer I have is that little 8 inch rockford so its fits alright behind the seat in the tube but Im going to start building the new box here sometime soon so I can go ported because sealed just isnt loud enough lol
  15. Well I was bored today and didnt have anything to do so I thought I would go ahead and build a quick center console for my chevy cheyenne since it doesnt have any cupholders in it. So I went to the garage dug out some scrap subflooring and got to work All pieces cut out and ready to put together Fully assembled ready to install Installed and New cigerette Light wired up (Yes I know my truck is dirty I havent cleaned it for a while and yes the console isnt that pretty but its gonna get covered soon so it didnt have to be.) Well since my truck is just a reg cab I had to take the sub out from behind the seat so I could move it all the way back to get the console in their. While I was doing this the subtube was standing up by the truck and I moved back after putting in the console and accidently knocked the tube over and watched it hit and this is the result of it falling But after a few screws everything was fixed and ready to be put back in
  16. Although I like the RE calc it would let me get the measurements that I wanted its always just automatically measured the length instead of letter me calc it
  17. Thank you those are the exact calcs I remember usin before and were looking for
  18. They have a calc for round ports but I need one for square ports
  19. Does anybody know of a place with a calculator where I can enter the Height, Width, And Length of a port and it will tell me the tuning fequency Thanks
