i had my alpine amp screwed to the box for almost 11months.....and now i have my Rockford Fosgate T1000.1bd on the box and its been bout 3months and i havent had an issue with either amp!! i think youll be fine.

i see ur lookin at lvl 4s w the lvl 5 coil upgrade......i just got mine on friday and put them in on saterday......and holy hell man r they money well spent......mine are just 12s and they are making my TCs look like door speakers and i love em!!! i cant wait till they break in.....they r stiff as a board when you first get em but they loosen up pretty quick......i cant wait!!! hope you get em.....

i think the next investment is a HO alt.....i found a 160amp for 109$shipped dont remember the brand but i think that is wat ima get....and then im do the big 3 while im at it as well so that will help!!! but i just dont know when that will be....hopefully soon.

and yea these things are insane!!! and i have the amp turned down just to let them break in....and yea the are def louder that is easly heard!! and i love em....they aint even broke in....only seeing 800rms and they are crazy loud!! yea it holds up yes but if im just sitting there then the battery gauge in my truck goes down....but then if i rev the engine its all good....or if im driving its fine its only when i am sitting still when it drops....but i think i need a HO alt and a volt meter just to be on the safe side
