for $350, id recommend a single sa10 and ap1000...wont get too much better than that for sub AND amp

^^^then wats with the thread if thats wat ur gonna get??...not bein a dick, just confused is all...if u were looking for something to just power the smd before u grab the sundown, thats pointless...1) waste of money for any other amp...2) bc u wuld go cheap, u wuld get cheap, dirty power or just not enough power, which would lead to u needing different boxes from the cheapo amp to wen u put in the 3500...honestly, ur cheapest and best route is to do something like wat i recommended or just wait to grab the smd and the sundown...personally, id do the option i made...more cone area from 2 12", more coil to dissipate heat, cheaper, probably a smaller box will be needed for the 2 12s (dc's like small boxes, i dk about the smd)

if you are new to audio, id personally recommend something like 2 12" lvl 3 or lvl 4s on 2000-3000w...will only need a decent starter batt, MAYBE a small batt in the back, and a nice box and they will hit HARD...my old lvl 3 10s took my aq2200 like a champ and BANGED in a shitty box...it would be ALOT cheaper than a smd 15 (sub and electrical wise) and it would be a nice starter that will make u VERY happy
