I have four of those with a t40001bd going to them in my regular cab dodge ram must say they have been very good to me..blew the dust cover off of one put it back on of course..thats been about the only problem i have had with them i have a couple pics of them on myspace.com/texranger if you want to check them out..

i am not trying to high jack but it seems a lot of in the know people are on this thread just looking for help..my high out put alt is slowly putting less volts out it use to put a strong 14.6 out now it is putting 13.0 and nothing higher i charge the three batteries on a regular basis and have checked all the ground and hot leads..i have done the big three, three runs of 0 gauge wire for hots and grounds..i even went as far as putting a new regulator and brushes in it..it is about 3 years old it is a 240 amp alt..do these things just wear out after time and there is no hope left for them but to buy a new one?..i will contact the builder after i get a little info from you guys any help on this would be great thanks..

? for you Steve with all the speakers in the door like that it looks like only the ones toward the front of the door will be herd the others are aimed right at the bottom of the seats..im sure they will all make an impact with the amount of power running to them but maybe you dont need that many...not hatin at all love the build just wanted to know your thoughts on this..thanks..

Hate the show but have a question did anybody see the show where they built a red H2 with 4000 watts and it had 4 w7 in it or some crap they kept saying this was the loudest system they had ever built...my question is what was the song they where playing when they where testing it..tital and song thanks for any help on this.

I custom made dead bolt locks for my doors that are hooked up to the remote lock and unlock so when the alarm is armed the dead bolts are locked they are mounted inside of the door and shoot through the door into the door jam i reinforced the metal in that area from the inside so it all looks factory just a hole in the jam where the bolt shots through the only way to steal stuff is to break the window and crawl through and then crawl back out i know it can still be towed i do have a tilt sensor on it as well as a few other things but hey the more problems you make it for a POS thief the better....i do know if that if they want it bad enough they will get it...the other thing i did is put extra insurance on it to cover my loss if it gets taken that is well worth it only like 15 extra bucks a month for like $8000.00 of extra insurance it helps me sleep better at night.
