      I sparked a battery, after that all my electrical tools got covered in E. tape

      Heat shrink prolly works best, great Idea! Electrical would work great too! I think that's why plasti-dip was invented, dipping tools into it? I could be wrong, if it was the dip instead of the spray it might be better but IDK. You can buy it in gallon, 5 gallon, 55 gallon cans...lol! definitely using heat shrink or tape though, I would expect them to last longer and work better
