Looking for a solid 5 channel amp for my system, Help?
cjN replied to DominicT's topic in Amplifiers
then get a 4 channel as well. Yeah, the thing is, If I turn my hu to anything over 35 volume out of 50 it starts sounding distorted, I want to power the speakers more so the music is louder my hu is only really pushing 16x4, and the speakers are rated at 60w rms, which means they need more power if I want them to sound cleaner at higher volumes. -

The rockfords all day, only because i use rockford stuff and i know its dependable, and i believe i know someone with that sub and it sounded pretty decent. But the cone area would deffinantly go to the pioneers, imo id go with the 2 rockfords, but thas me. -

cjN replied to tlee2's topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
I once lost my voice, then i realized i had just misplaced it. And it was in the last place i put it. Check around you may find it, under your pillow. Dirty clothes basket, it has to he somewhere. -
Maybe the graphics card shit the bed? I mean i checked it and the fan on the card still turns on...i'm baffled. Edit, i didnt even see that post above, yes i checked it. Lol
-
Only extra monitors i have are hooked up to computers already. And derrick i just checked it and no onboard graphics card.
-
Well, i've tried checking all my connections and everything and still nothing, might bring it to the geeksquad at best buy so they can rape me out of $ by fixing it. Or just take the psu out and start building a computer...hmmm

Good Deal...Should I?
cjN replied to Bakerman's topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
no, they're not. Check ebay, bruh. $39, unless you know where you can get them for cheaper, also the link he has theyre $38, plus shipping most likely, so yes. That'd be alright, i wouldnt spend money on building a wall for them though, if i'd wall anything i'd have to spend a considerable amount of money on woofers. Thats just me though. -
Its an nvidia gforce 7950gt. Cant remember who its made by.

Is the video cable plugged into the motherboard or the video card? video card, so it can't be the mobo.
-
Btw, lol at my clicky sound, one of my fans is going:(
-
The plugs are in the mobo, yes. And i'm pretty sure the graphics card is in all the way, its screwed down to the slot. i can check in the morning. And i haz no idizzle why monitor no get signalz. Stoopid! Probably something minor. I hope. I'll recheck everything in the am and post an update.
-
there, i'm just assuming i didnt hook it up tight enough like stated above.
-
Computer turns on fine, the monitor isnt getting signal, let me see if i can take a quick video and upload it. Dont know if itll work, but give me a few. And yes it kept restarting and i stopped trying after 2 times, figured it was pulling too much power for a little psu. And it doesnt help i'm tired and trying to explain this. Lol
-
The monitor turns on, it gets power. The start screen and shit doesnt pop up, it isnt getting signal, from the cpu.
-
alright, so my psu went out, so i replaced it with a stock 160w and it started up fine and kept restarting, so i went out tonight and baught a new 520 watt psu, i plugged it all in and now my monitor won't turn on, did i do something wrong? I hope i didnt fry my mobo in the process, i wouldnt think that would fry my mobo, any advice will be tried/considered! Thanks!
