  12. The amp will go into first stage overload with any clipping at all. Its very smart. But thats only cutting 25%. Honestly id try it by ear and see if its cool. Play a heavy bass song like hypnotize with everything up, then slowly roll in the gain untill it stops getting louder then back it off just a tiny tiny bit. Just a hair down. Then try a few songs full tilt and see if it still does it Like i said it is a very sensitive amp to clipping. Hell when i had 1 my 5.1 was always on 1st stage overload. Lol
  13. Thats just the dd1 ground ref. Just hard to believe a 5.1 is bad straight from audison. Their failure rate is 1:200,000 Could happen but i just wanna go over all the tests first.
  14. Start with the basics. Try no lc1 So straight from deck. Try vol at 30 Meter the rca voltage on a 0db test tone. With no load hooked up see if you can go 3/4 gain on the amp. Without any buzzing.
  15. I saw an audio control piece What is it? What is your exact input voltage to the sub channel? Over 5v?
  16. Try it in the neg spkr terminal on the amp. And move ground to amp ground please.
