But trust me a hairtrick in your truck is really hard to do with 10's. Do you have pics of how it was designed, I'm interested. (Not to thread jack man) I might have a pic or two somewhere but I'll have to dig for it. I've built over 100 boxes since then lol. Let me know man, thanks. Im really interested in seeing this new build!

Mono block amps are bridged internially, like stated before, the extra speaker outputs are there for easy of use.

Id call that more than a small hair trick, plus didnt that guy have a t-line box? But those SA-10s sound nice man, good job.

You can always call kicker, the guys up there seemed pretty cool when I talked to them. They can help with your design.

I like to use MDF for the wood. Its most commonly used and pretty decent to work with. Birch (sp) is popular too, but I dont think its cheap. Ive never used anything other than MDF so Im not much help there man. Also, are those the specs your sub calls for? And are you doing sub up/port back or sub back/ port back? J/w Edit: Mis-read that they dont have MDF.

Wouldnt your port width be 15.5?

Yeah, everything in that harness should work fine except the red ACC wire.
