ur harness is obd2a thats the 96-98 harness i would get the obd2a-obd1 conversion for it cus an obd1 ecu is always nicer and make sure ur running a p28 ecu its the gsr ecu... as for vtec u can wire that into the ecu... i have a 96 civic hatch with ls/vtec if u have any other problems message me i'll help ya out
