Opening a track in audacity, duplicating the track (Ctrl-D), putting a high pass filter on the first track and a low pass filter on the second track, then changing the pitch of the second track (composed entirely of bass)? Sounds perfect in theory, but I can't really test it right now. Would that work or is there a better way? Would like to be able to lower bass frequencies without messing with the mids or treble

Made my first bass remix, what do you guys think?

I'll probably take it down then, bass doesn't seem to work well with youtube -

The way I interpreted it, you can't even have download links on your youtube page. Not sure though, but is there any distortion on youtube when played at 480p? -
Made my first bass remix. The bass is composed of clean sine waves (generated by audacity) so there is no distortion, but I have had problems with youtube and distortion in the past. Don't really have any other choice but to use youtube, though, as download links are banned. Tell me what you think I need to improve on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfhzMFiCBDc Main bass frequencies are 35Hz and 27Hz by the way. Also, make sure you watch in 480p

I'm fairly sure there is a bigpimpin91 version of comfortably numb on youtube if you search for it. He doesn't post any of his remixes any more, though

What Speaker Wire You Use?
tf3090 replied to KenC210's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
Knukonceptz 12 gauge for my current set up, and bought some random 10 gauge speaker wire from a local auto shop -
I used knukonceptz 12 gauge wiring, I don't remember having any problems with it. Lost all my extra wiring so I picked up some Xscorpion 10 gauge speaker wire for when I get my second VVX-12. No idea how that will fit. Yeah, very few people outside the online forums know about Skar Audio. It's fun to surprise people when they actually hear them, though

I like the beats, but i can't listen to anything without words

If you drop the pitch by about 19% the predominant bass frequencies are ~34 hz, ~30 hz, and it drops as low as 25 hz according to audacity Go Bass Roll some people nom sayin
