I got the Single 2 Thats how I have it wired going to my sub. The amp also says "Stable 2ohm" so i dunno lol

Right now I have a temporary 2channel 200w amp to push my Fi X12 (400w rms) and when I have the volume at my listening level (35) ...when songs with LOTS of bass come on the amps power light goes off with the heavy bass and back on when there isn't as much bass. If I turn the volume down it will play everything fine. The amp is a super old Pro Plus amp and I couldnt even find anything for it on the internet. I don't have the gains very high maybe turned up about 20%. Is this happening because its clipping really bad or like a bad ground? Any help appreciated!

Did you make sure that your video card is in the mobo all the way? I know that one side of my old video card was a bitch to get in all the way and my picture would cut in and out. If you have an onboard video card then all I can think of is just to make sure all your cables are in good.

thats cool bro but i want the camera to go as far as you can send it and still trust the person...matter of fact i am willing to spend some money to help pay international shipping if someone has a close friend that far away. Alright I'll just leave my RCAs unplugged till put my amp and sub in. My remote wire is still hooked up but its been fine all today so I think that might of been the problem . Thanks guys

I had the RCAs plugged into the rear/sub but like I said it they weren't plugged into my amp yet just sitting on my car floor.

Quick question think this would happen from having my RCAs and remote wire plugged in but having them just sitting on my floor not hooked up to my amp? Cuz i unplugged my RCA cables and then it started working again. dunno if it was just a coincidence or what

I installed my new headunit, everything was working fine untill I started driving around. I was on this bumpy road and then the sound started cutting in and out then poof.....my audio was gone lol. The h/u is still on and is charging my iphone but no audio from aux or radio. What could be wired poorly so it would not get sound to any of my speakers? I understand if I had one of the speaker wires hooked up bad and it had stopped but for all of them to stop working what wire would do that? o.O. I was so happy I got my first install done all by myself then this shit happens lol.

I got that AQ750 amp and a Fi X 12 sub for about $385 shipped. Still waiting on the sub =\ been 2 weeks and hasn't shipped yet but im hoping its worth the wait! I would check out Skar audios VVX-12. I was debating between that and the Fi X12.

Is there anyway to "properly" break in a subwoofer? Should I even break it in? I've heard from some people that you don't need to.

Ohhh alright. I wounder if I should look for a h/u with 4v output at best buy or do you think 2.2v would be fine for my beginner system? Oh yeah and my h/u says it has 2 pairs of preamp outputs so thats just for if I have 2 amps?

Nooby question What does having higher preamps out do? The h/u I got has 2 pairs of preamp outputs (2.2V) What would the differences be in having 2.2v out over 4v?
