bbq ribs with steak fries and cherry coke

i know this might sound weird but ive got mine like this and it works perfect, take some 18awg wire like speaker wire or so, strip it back about 2in, rap it around the outside of the rcas the part that goes over the male part the little piece of metal that comes out of it not the one in the middle, and ground it at the headunit, it wont hurt anything when u plug it in and it will get rid of ground noise all together, cause thats the only way i could get mine to work, ive got 3 diff sets of rcas tryin to get it to stop + all kinds of noise filters, but this seemed to work perfect, try that next, hope this helps ya but make sure its grounded at the headunit or it wont work, rap it around the round part that comes out on the outsides of it not the lil nipple lookin thing in the middle, n then plug it in n should be fine, good luck

its a 200amp isolator and the guy i got it from said that sence there 2 diff batterys that they'll try n pull power off of eachother and end up messin one of em up without it, i can see how it would but ive seen others do it n have no problem even him, lol

u can get a power converter from radioshack that will run it good ive got one myself, or u can get a higher amp power converter and a drycell battery n run the cd player n amp off it to if u want to

yeah, and one other ? sence i got 2 diff batterys do i rly need a relay for it, i can see why i would but i dont want to spring the $75 for nothin u kno, and thankx for all the help guys i couldn't do anything without this site

1. why cap= its what ive had for a long time n aint got rid of it, and its the same color as my battery so ima keep it, its just temp till i get my honda goin n ima redo the trunk n just put the batt in the back and do the big 3 on it n run 0guage to battery n to sub amp n then 4guage to mid n high amp from the front battery or will 1/0 to back battery and 0&4 off back battery work? 2. i got a run of 0guage to my sub amp and 8guage to my mids n highs amp, and hte cap is for the sub amp

thankx, hell yeah it slumps, would sound alot better if it had some 31hz hits behind the 40-41hz part like make it drop after he says hell yeah were it gets quiet would make it tight as hell

well i just got a stinger sp800 battery and i got a duralast gold under the hood n the guy i got it from owns his own shop n ive seen n heard almost all of the systems hes put in n have been buying stuff from him for about 8yrs and he said to wire my cap in with it to help keep it charged sence i dotn have the money for the big three, i have a memphis pr1000d with 4 30amp fuses, and a memphis pr150.2 with 2 25amp fuses witch i think this battery will be enulf, im just wondering if i take the wire from the front battery to the cap, n then from the cap to the back battery n then from there to my sub amp? and just another question is 8guage good enulf for a 150.2 rms 2ch amp @2ohm? help apreciated(spelling)

if the headunit only has 1 set of rca outputs and the amps dont have an output i would eather use a y adapter or use one of these http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseac...Product_ID=5795 n just take the wires from the headunit n plug em into it n then run rcas off it, stinger ones are good but u can find cheaper ones that do just about the same thing n they work good, ive used em in many cases and havent had a problem yet, hope that helps on ur rca problem, oh and u dont need 2 of em to run a 4ch if u have one, just plug a male to 2 female y adapter to it n then a female to 2 male y adapter from the 4ch amp n run it like a 2ch thats how ive always done it, or visa versa

ya it can be cut off, its just a security option, cut the headunit off n hit the functuion button n then scroll threw n it will come to a thing n all u halfto do is cut if off, i got the 680mp

my buddy had a lexus suv with mirrow tint n had 5% behind it n u couldn't tell a diff, he had 20% behind the front windows n 5 on the back n mirrow on first, i rly dont see why ppl use mirrow tint it was origanaly made for home windows to keep the light out n then it got into the car game, i dont like it but every man to his own, i dont think it will get that much darker under it but $200 to take it off n then $200 to put it back is to expencive, i can get my truck tinted for $60 wut ever % i want, but if i was u ied try out some scrap pieces that the tint shop has n put behind it to see how it looks n if u can tell then ied do it insead of spendin $200 n not likein it n havein to spend more money on it, hope this helps ya man, good luck with it

i put one of these http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseac...Product_ID=3488 in a ported box in my buddys crx and it fukkin wangs for just one 10, i sware it sounds like 2 12's, the box was a prefab made for 1 15 n i cut out a board n put it over the hole n cut out another one for the 10 and he still has it a yr later n it still hammers, im thinkin bout gettin another set myself, for 1 10 its good quality, oh n i dont think it will handle the full 500w tho i had mine ran wiht 300 n it was slumpin, hope this helps man, n good luck

not to thread jack but i useto have a set of rf hx2 12's ina ported box fireing up in my 99 tacoma and i hate to say it but my downfireing sealed got way louder than that did and hits lows n mids great but with sub up port up its like it takes to much room for the air to compress to hit the good notes with the downfire mines only like 3 or 4in off the cubbyholes behind my seat but its sealed n takes up the hole backseat, oh and i had a cerwin vega vmax 12 ported in there n i got the best sound with sub up port up also, i would sujest sub faceing back of seat n port up or sub up port up, sub faceing rear passenger doesnt rly sound all that great imo, hope i could help n good luck with the box

not to thread jack or anything but ive looked everywere and its brother for some bright blue lights for my 99 tacoma and almost all of em are a milky white look, n they dont make a hid kit for my truck, my truck takes h4's, ive been needin help for good bright as i can get blue bulbs with good distance viewing, and ps dont mean to thread jack ive just spent way to much money on bulbs i dont need, sry chode

my pr1000d can run at 8,4,&1ohm, 400rms@8ohm, 600rms@4ohm, and 1000rms @1ohm i think all amps are stable at 8ohm or the ones ive seen are

to tell the truth ued be better off with leds cause u'll never halfto worry about the tube busting and with leds most come ina kit that has a color changer that u can switch em from many diff colors n are cost affectave n last a long time, ive got slow glow with a street glow transformer on my 93 accord n with purple tubes n there kinda easy to bust but i redid it all n hopefully no trouble but if i was u ied go led cause neon is goin out of date n most ppl wont carry it anymore n when the gas burns up no more light n ur shit out of $100 or so $'s n with leds u dont have the burn out problem n are just as bright or brighter than neon but just my $.02 hope that helps^
