lets just say i got a set of polk db 6500 comps n some 4x6 db coax for $90 witch would cost about $300 retail if not more so ya he'll hook ya up but some stuff he high as hell on for selling maby sometime we can meet at his shop if i aint got school im goin back to school to be a hvac technician and for weatherization so i can hopefully make some good money for my family

ya carlos my boi, i go over there sometimes n aggervate the hell out of him when he aint busy u can get hella deals off him ive got a few things off him befor, n kevin that works for him if he still does useto own a shop if u remember called audio extacy n that place was boomin for a long time n me n him was cool too, ied get alot of deals off him too, he's the one that pritty much got me into car audio really, ied go buy his used stuff n hook it up in my room n be jammin out for a while n then hook it up in my car/truck i still do this sometime so i kno what all i need to do to make it work

ya, i hear u wit kids n what knot i got a lil 10'' klh home sub n i was playin around wit it one day n i got one of those 5way speaker selectors that i got hooked to my house stereo n i can turn it on n off by it n when ied turn it on he would smile n giggle so i kno i got a bass head in the makeing when my son gets older ima run 2 18's on about 3-4,000w if possable in my truck but i'll stick wit 15's for now my downfire gets pritty loud for what it is tho, n hits pritty low too what kinda 15's u got? ive seen a dude run 2 audiobahn 15's in a downfire in a 4runner n it got loud n sounded killer but most ppl dnt like sealed boxs anymore if u need work done ied go to audio illusions, ive seen some of joeys work n heard it too, he had a astro van wit 2 memphis mojo 15's n 2 soundstream i think 2000d trantula amps n that was loud n clean now he sells dd audio n hertz witch are pritty much top quality stuff and well over jl audio too, im not hateing jl cause i got a jl audio w0 10 n 12'' n they sound good n take a good amount of power too i want louder but i dunno what to do, i got 4 15's already but there diff tho, i got 2 mtx 5500 15's n 2 mtx 8000 15's but i unno what will be louder but i'll try it out with each set this summer n see witch one likes ported the best

ima put that expandable sleeving over the wires n put those plastic pipe holders over em so it will look alot cleaner than alot of diff wires goin all over the place i still dunno were ima put my rear battery yet im prolly gunna get a new alt too haha this hobbie is addicting

ied try to help but i unno what it is either really unless a wires came loose somewere n grounding out, u didn't mix any colors on the headunits speaker wires with any other speakers did u? i kno but some simple stuff can happin hell i was playin around wit my front comps n i wondered why it would cut out at around 10 on the deck n i come to find out that i had my speaker wire comeing from amp goin into the tweeter output on the xover n the tweeter hooked to the line in on the xover, im glad i didn't mess it up but it was a honest mistake tho, ima start lableing all my speaker wires so when i run active this summer i wont melt something

another person from lenoir wuts up im from lenoir too, were u close to? maby i could help but i unno, u try to cut down the bass on the deck or check if a wire is grounding out somewere? that happended to me sometime

oh ya, i set about 10ft away from my 32'' n its clear there so a 46-50'' ied try to stay as far back as 16ft if possable but for some reason that sony tv they had setup wit blueray was clear as hell from 2ft so i unno lol ied get me a decent 50'' tv n spend the rest of the money on a good home theature system, i like the 1000w sony setups they got at walmart, that lil 8 puts in work

i was at walmart a few hrs ago n found a 50'' sanyo (i think) plasma for around $600 somethin n it was pritty good quality but i dnt want a plasma n they must not be that good if they went from being around $4,000 to under 800 vs a lcd so i unno bout those ied get a nice lcd and they make a hdmi adapter for xbox 360's but i aint tryed it, i let my nefew play his on my 32'' with componit cables n it was pritty clear quality picture for 720p unless u kno what to really look for i dnt see spendin hella money for 1080p but if u want a good tv get one with 1080p @ 120htz i got my tv at black friday year befor last n its a emerson n it plays pritty good, from all the tvs ive seen i like sony, emerson, samsung, vizeo, sanyo n hitachi if u want somethin good cheap ied try a emerson, vizeo, or sanyo, but if u want to spend a lil bit ied get a sony or samsung

what would be my best bet? my stock alt is 70amps n i was lookin at gettin as close to 200amps for around $300, is the extra $100 goin from 309 to 399 that big a diff on 1000rms? and will i still need a rear battery or is it best to keep one anyways? i ask this cause i kno my alt is still fine but i want more current n i already got the big 3 and its not helpin that much n for $309 almost the same as the $399 or would it be better to spend the extra 90 n what knot or u think cause were on smd u think he might rewind one to 200amps for 399? i'll pm him about it n see what i find, i dont pritty much all the wireing in my truck myself, so would me installing this void any warranty?
