I did a lot of research prior to playing with glass (read a lot of groundpounder2k2 threads) and just went at it and had good results bc I'm naturally gifted at working with my hands.

If its a blazer they are located on the y-pipe about a foot back from the exhaust manifolds on each side

I'd love to have one, my dad's '06 with 2,500miles on it is amazing, handles great, gets good gas mileage, fast, extremely comfortable... Etc. Nice cars.

I don't really consider that a "hairtrick" I can get that much levitation with a single 15 in my 4dr blazer and its much larger than that vw

It took alot to get decent hair movement with around 3-3.5kw and 2 15s... I can get decent hair movement with a single 15 on 1.5-2k and a REALLY good enclosure but I wouldn't call it a "hairtrick"

I'd run more port area on the BTL myself... I like between 16-20sqinches on my BL. My current enclosure for a single 15 BL loaded getting 1500wrms+ is 4.15cuft 20sqinches of port per cubic foot and tuned at 33hz

14 isn't necessarily the best... I've found alot of port area (16-20sqinches) and enclosures on the larger side of the recommended to work very well for me.
