I live near this appt complex, like literly RIGHT by it.. well some guy must have got one hell of a system, this thing is loud as fuck IN my house. I love systems bass and such.. but um.. his car evidently is broken because it hasn't ever moved, he just sits up there and blares it randomly throughout the day for about 15 minute periods.. I mean.. its one thing for you to go hop in your car blare it go drive around but to just sit there it pisses me off I feel like a hypocrite if I tell him to stop ( and i really don't want any confrontation with this guy, he's weird, and big) but this shit needs to stop..
