  3. I think it may do right around there. I have a few of the 2400 watt ones (1200 rms) and they do good. Or great for the price of 150 that i got them at. I always wanted to get one of the amps and see how they did. So if you do buy one let us know. Ive had clif designs shit forever and finally they are starting to grow popularity
  4. The 7.83 Hz frequency was chosen because it is the resonant frequency of the Earth and naturally occurring low intensity magnetic radiation can be detected at this frequency The average resonant frequency of the body is around 82 MHz Also talked about a dog who had seizures and he made a device (to emit a 10 hz field) for the dog to have on his collar and it stoped the seizures compleatly. found that intresting from the article
  5. yea im debatin if i wanna put in rounded corners or just do 45s in my t line. i think with the like 5 bends it really might help.
  6. also im haven trouble maken this so that the whole vent is the same size. can i have it bigger where the subs are mounted then have like a choke to start the t line? if so do i start my dimensions form where the choke starts?
  7. so make it 10.62 ft long 1130/26.6=42.48 42.48/4= 10.62 Also the effective piston area is 48.05 (96.1 for 2) should i do a strait port design or start a lil smaller like 90 and finsh at like 105? also do you just put a V in the box in the first vent for multiple subs?
  8. yea i lost this post but yea.... i herd about those gardens so i will probly check them out. im going to have to get a rental or somethen cause i wanna go to miami or orlando for a day to scope things out. Maybe scope some women out to

  15. google earth said around 1040ft for st. cloud mn
  16. k im dumb re did it and have 10.62 ft of port along with 70sq inchs for each sub or 140 for both.
  17. well by doing your formula 1160/26.6=42.48/4= 10.62ft i get that is that the correct way to do it? i herd take the fs and times it by .25? is this just the cheap and easy way?
  18. yea fs of 26.6 quarter wave of that i think should be 6.65 ft or 79" is that correct?
  19. So im going to get into T-line boxes so i can teach my self and others about them. My set up. 2 RE SE 10" woofers. Few Calculations: 2 10“ subs 78.5 sq in x 2 = 157 sq inchs 200sq inches tapering down to 157 sq inch with the last 20 inches of port all 157sq inches fs is 26.6 x .25= 6.65’ = 79.8” of port I came up with a few desings then relized there not to practical for my situation. Im putting them in a suv so im thinking subs up port back. From what i herd that seems to work pretty well with subs in suvs. Now here come a question or 2. how exact should i be with the length and width of my port? Do i calculate where my subs mount as part of my vent or calculate it from the first turn?(or from the last sub in the vent) will 45s in the corners or should i use resign to round them off? Any other helpfull tidbits? Cliff
  20. should let me know my bro has an escalade with nav and would be cool to play dvds.
  21. So im going to build one just a simple question. When finding the port area (i wanna use 2 tens) do i take the cone area of just one or 2 subs? and for the length will it also be the same for one or 2 subs? Im assuming i would take the cone area of the 2 subs put together and use the fs of the subs for the length. here is what i came up with: 2 10“ subs 78.5 sq in x 2 = 157 sq inchs 200sq inches tapering down to 157 sq inch with the last 20 inches of port all 157sq inches fs is 26.6 x .25= 6.65’ = 79.8” of port
