I've made up my mind. I'm going with the 12" sub. as for getting an XL I already have the motor and basket for the Level 4. and I have a basket for a 15" also so that's why I put the option of the 12" or the 15". looking to do about 30" of port for a 2^3 box. tuned to 35ish. anyone have an blx plans that will work.

they made like 250 of these, and everyone of them are different. and are expensive. seen them about 3 or 4 years ago. regardless they are sweet rides.

going with option one. max dims are 34 wide, 19 deep, 18 tall. might could get 36 wide but will be a tight fit. looking to put the port on the bottom back of the box and the sub up.

Well I have a level 4 12" already that has to be be reconed, and I also have an extra 15" basket. So the XL is out of the option unless some one want to trade me the parts that I have for a XL 10" I would love to trade my 2 baskets 12" and 15" for a 10" basket... even trade my two for your one... I know it will not happen but, hey the offers out there. LoL......

Running a SAZ-1500D at 1 ohm or .7 in a 2008 Dodge Caliber. Factory radio. just got the C2A-CHY from PAC-Audio to add in the amp. Might change the head unit out later, but not at the moment. I want to make the box removable because I might need some space from time to time. I also need some box design help. Willing to pay for the design. Want to do sub up port back with 2 different ports. One for daily and one for comps.

Depending on what I get, looks like the truck is not going to happen. that I might be putting 2 - level 4 10" DC subs with level 5 coils in my car. I have a 12" DC basket and 15" DC basket that I want to trade for a 10" basket. Like i said this is a feeler to see if somebody is willing to trade. let me know if someone might want to trade.

I think I should be able to get into the mid to upper 140's with this if not the low 150's

putting the box in the bed with a blow thru. and the reason for the top buing shorter than the bottom is I dont knoe if i can do the face vertical. n8ball2013 - how deep is the bed on your chevy to the bottom of the bed rail. cause I looking at one like in you pic. toadking90 - cause that's how wide it is between the fenders in the bed are. actually its closer to 50" but the box is going to be doubled sided and double topped and doubled back and tripled faced. only thing that will be single thickness is the bottom and port walls... and Im thinking I will be able to get 15" x 10" wide port for a total of 150" of port for 8.5 cubes. about 17.6 inches of port per cube.

I'm planning on getting a Chevy Extended Cab and am planning on putting 2 - 15" level 4 DC Subs with level 5 coils and powering them will be a DC 3.5k. As it sits the box is 16" tall, 48" wide, top is 27 and bottom is 33. Port is in the middle between the subs and is 8.25" wide so I have 120" of port for 8.75 cubes. box will be triple faced with resin and 2x4 bracing. First time I will be able to do a box this way since I am not going to have to build it in the damn trunk. looking for 32 - 35 htz as I like rap music. I plan on making the back of the cab stiffer with 3/8" metal and 3/4" square tubing. I want to make this thing bang and still have enough room for me and my kids. Is this good and if not what should I change on the box. I can go deeper if needed but the height and width are set. Plan on running dual 2 ohm subs wired to .5 ohm.

What i'm thinking about doing is getting the recone for the 15" level 5 d2 and ordering another level 4 to match. Then get a DC - 3.5k to run them. System is going to go in a toyota, nissan, or mazda regular cab truck with a blowthru it will be a design that I have wanted to do you a while but never had the money or time to do it. all i need to do is sell my SAZ-1500D or i could strap another one and do it that way. but I'd pefer one amp....

I have several options to play with original build is level 4 with d1. 1. recone with level 4 12" d2. 2. recone with level 4xl 12" d2. 3. recone with level 5 12" d2 4. or do the above and go with a 15" since I have a 15" basket. please help me choose. and I dont mind rebuilding my box as the one i have now has some minor water damage due to the above named speaker going thermal and catching fire...

im running my level 4 in a 1.8 cube box after port and sub displacement and it loves it but i am also running my amp at 1/2 ohm. SAZ-1500D. and doing it daily. that level 4 is taking a beating.

Since i.m a single dad I just enjoyed my time with my kids, I have custody of them and their mother don't see them so its not like she could go out and get them something for me. So its just another day in my life. mi kids did make me a card and my other one got me a card. I really don't care if I get anything at all. I'm not caught up on getting gifts. As long as I get to see my kids i'm a happy camper. But the cool thing is since she don't see them I get Mr. Mom day also, Some might call it mothers day, I call it Mr. Mom day. Sounds better that way. But its not cool that she abandoned them for her loser bf/husband don't know if she got re-married or not, but she did have a kid by him.

Oh yeah I also ordered an otter box case one of the $90 ones from eBay for $30.51 shipped. And it should be here before I leave for Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Going to play on it the entire plane ride there. Just have to figure out how to load movies on it with out having to pay out the ass for them. Any help would be great.
