  1. yea that is a good point i will have to go to the local audio shops this weekend and check some speakers out
  2. ^^^This plus give some kind of budget that you are willing to spend. i will power of an amp i have two 2 channel amps that are 500 watts or i might get a 175.4 from dc sound lab and it is hard for me to say a budget because i am not money restricted but i dont want to spend a ton of money i would say maybe everything (2tweeters and 2-4 speakers ) for around $500 give or take
  3. So i recently got a 98 Toyota Tacoma ext cab and i want to put some new speaker in the front doors (i took the speakers out of the back because they were blocked anyway by shit that i put back there) so i am in the process of making some door panels to put the front speakers and some tweeters and i was wondering what would be good speakers and good tweeters. idk really what my budget is for these so give me some options of speakers and tweeters for different price ranges. Thank you, -Blake
  4. if you go on www.brownells.com you can set up a business acount and you get all the parts discounted and you dont have to have a business to set up a acount with them and you still get the discount
  5. i recently changed the magazine release in all my glocks to the zev tech release it is amazing i would highly recomend changing the release http://www.glockworx.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=156014&CAT=3692 i also changed the recoil spring down to a 11lb and this helps for clearing jams and cycling the weapon. http://www.glockworx.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=156429&CAT=3694
  6. IDPA is a ton of fun and so is USPSA i shoot both along with GSSF but that only happens like once a year IDPA is definatly the most practical competitive shooting but USPSA is fun to shoot because you get to go so much faster and you are not limited in magazine capacity
  7. The 5.56 is a nato cartridge and is used by the military it is a little thicker in diamater than a .223 cartridge and they usually shoot hotter meaning they fire at a higher speed. a gun that is chambered in 5.56 they call a wylde chambering meaning it is bigger than the case inteded for it so if you have a .223 that has a wylde chamber you can shoot 5.56 in it as long as the receiver is strong enough to take the pressure of a 5.56 case which all modern rifles are capable of.
