Yea I'm sure that would be a enough for those subs. the rubicons are pretty consistant amps.

I love Soundstream amps, speakers and subs. I have had nothing but good luck when using their product. Not only personal experience, but also friends and installs that I have done for people in the past. I don't know about the head units though.......
