It does bother me that you said it "took a shit on me , only this time it was permanent" I would guess the amp has been treated like a red headed step child and just committed suicide.

These are the questions that you are going to see if anyone else responds. 1. Are you grounds good? 2. What is your voltage full tilt and when it fried? 3. What is the ohm load the amp is seeing 4. Have you done the big 3? 5. How is the amp mounted 6. Were you clipping, are you sure, are you really sure? 7. How did you set your gains? 8. Bass boost? 9. Eq settings? 10. Were you clipping? 11. What was your voltage? edit. i forgot one 12. What alt do you have?

dd1 puts amp in protect

If i am not mistaken the manual doesn't specify, and Steve's how to video definitely says otherwise. I do it with the power on. But I see your point. To easy to accidentally short something. -

Are you absolutely sure you hooked it to negative and not positive? -

I almost lost him twice this morning trying to get him used to being held. So for now i just let him sit on my fingers while he is in the cage. Just trying to get him used to being held. I should have got a female, i heard they are calmer. I guess i could get some of the wet tail stuff too. -

Can someone bass boost this song please?!

You can also open it twice in audacity, low pass one copy, high pass the other, then,in the low pass version, mess with the "effects" pull down. Try things like amplify, normalize and bass boost. Just be careful you don't get too carried away. When you are done click Project->new stereo track(in the low pass version), then copy and paste the high pass one into the new track then export it to a new file. edit: I forgot to mention, you may want to set low pass to around 75hz and high pass around 75. It will vary a bit song to song, just try not to get too many vocals and things into the low pass without cutting all the bass out. Just takes practice. -
So twice now i have gotten infected files from cnet. the most recent virus was "windows installer32[pup]" or something like that. My anti-virus nabbed it as soon as it finished downloading and did the same with the previous file(I never even got a chance to open it,) The program i was downloading was "WAV to MP3 encoder". I checked the reviews after and 107 people said it was useless and crashed. Guess they need better anti-virus. Funny thing is it's the second result in the google search results! I figured out itunes can convert for me so i got it covered, I just hate itunes, but thats not the point. The point is, I figured a company like cnet would do a better job. If my free anti-virus can catch stuff that theirs cannot that bothers me. Props to AVAST.

Well, I feel better reading all these good things about UPS. Like i said before, they have been here a couple dozen times this year and have never had a problem. I'm going to have to meet this guy and thank him for the great work. Maybe I should buy something for him, and have it shipped ups and hand it to him when he gets here, lol. What the heck would a ups guy want anyway?

I know I know, it's a movie. I DON'T CARE! I'm sitting here watching BTTF3 and Marty and Doc are digging a Delorean out of a cave and fixing it up so Marty can go back to 1885 and fix stuff and junk. Um, Question? Why not just use the Delorean that Marty just came back to 1955 in to go back to 1885? Furthermore, If Doc was in the Delorean that got hit by lightning and sent back to 1885 at the end of BTTF2, how did Marty get back to 1955 in the first place? The only Delorean in existance with time travel capability is in 1885 with trashed time circuits. Gotta love paradoxes.

They are laughing because you have to have 150 post to trade or sale, not because of what you are offering. Sorry mods, just trying to help the guy. -
Ok, I saw the thread on fed-ex today and it reminded me of something. I ordered some sa-12's and UPS delivered. My wife said that when she came home they were already in the house just inside the front door. So that means the ups guy put them in my house... Now, either he knows that those boxes have expensive items inside and he didn't wan't to risk them getting stolen, or he is just some creeper that went into my house. I'm guessing he is a caring guy, because if he was a creeper he would have not left evidence that he was in my house right? What do you guys think. I have never had a broken package or even a damaged package from them, and they come here quite a lot. It's a small town and I think it's the same guy who does all the deliveries.
