Hey 209er, The item you placed your order on is out of stock. This particular amplifier was discontinued a couple of months ago so it's no longer available to us. When the status of your order reads Phone Verification, it means you are in line for us to give you a call to take care of an issue. I'm going to have a representative take priority in giving you a phone call in order to get this problem resolved. Edit: Looks like you were able to get a hold of customer service. Your right, our products are usually discontinued once the manufacturer discontinues them, but sometimes we will wait a couple of extra weeks on more popular items just to ensure we really can't get any more in. I will have this item discontinued on our website asap.

Unfortunately we won't be getting any more of them in. However, MB Quart's newer lines of amps are due to be delivered in about a month. We will be offering the RA100.4, a step up from the ONX, here. Thought this was pretty sweet so I wanted to share.

The magnet boot is only going to reduce the mounting depth by a half inch or so. We would pull it off ourselves but that would void the warranty of the woofer. I gave RE a call and they explained that the new SEXv2 woofers do not have any sort of boot, and they will in fact clear 12.5 inches. If you have a lot of questions about the dimensions, RE Audio is very helpful over the phone and can help you out. Their number is 626.839.2300.

Avital did what is called a rolling change, where they changed the look of the product slightly but kept the same model number. What you received probably has a black remote as opposed to the slightly lighter remote. Here is the product on their web page: http://www.avital.com/products/product.aspx?id=5000 If you select "Choose A Product", you will see one of the options is "5303 (5303L)". The 5303 is the same product as the 5303L. The L signifies that it is an Avital product, just like how the Python 5303P signifies that it is the Python version. We weren't informed that there was a rolling change, so what you saw in the pictures when you made your purchase was the former version, and I apologize you didn't receive what you may have expected. We are having the product pulled to update the pictures. There is a slight difference in the the colors and design of the remotes, but other than that they are the same exact. We did a search and it looks like there were in fact two products that slipped by with "Authorized Retailer" text, but both of these products have now been updated. Thank you for pointing that out. We are not direct with Rockford Fosgate at this current time. We do offer Rockford products in their sealed manufacturers packaging with the same warranty coverage that you would ordinarily receive if you purchased from a direct vendor. If you ever have any questions as to whether we are authorized with a specific brand or not feel free to ask, we aren't hiding anything.
